LAHORE: British-Pakistani boxer Amir Khan on Wednesday visited Data Darbar where he said that he felt "at peace coming to Pakistan following issues within the family".

Speaking about Super Boxing League, Khan said the league will feature teams from eight cities, with one female boxer in each. He said that he wishes the boxing league to start from Lahore.

The British Pakistani boxer said that his next fight will be held on December 08.

Paying tribute to the Pakistan Army, he said that it has been making the country safe. The internationally acclaimed boxer, however, said that he has never shown interest in politics.

Moreover, he said that his boxing academy in Pakistan would be established in Lahore.
