Watch-out Bowlers: This Virat Kohli Video Shows He's An Equally Prolific Left-Handed Batsman

Arguably one of the most popular and highly sought-after sportspersons in the country, Virat Kohli has come a long way to, not only to lead the Indian cricket team, but also turning into one of the most feared and consistent batsmen in international cricket.

For a man who was initially slammed for being over-aggressive in his early days, Kohli has undoubtedly proved his detractors wrong by using his aggressive brand of cricket to script memorable run-chases and pull off major coups against some of the best teams in business.

Currently ranked as No. 1 batsman in both ODIs and T20s, Kohli is a nightmare for opposition bowlers - something the Sri Lankan bowling attack witnessed recently. The Indian skipper slammed back-to-back hundreds in the five-match ODI series and was pivotal in Lanka's 5-0 whitewash in their own backyard.

Following his 30th ODI hundred in Colombo, the 28-year-old joined Australian great Ricky Ponting at the second spot in the all-time list of cricketers with most hundreds in the history of ODI cricket. While Ponting batted 349 times in ODIs to reach the milestone, Kohli made an absolute mockery of the record after achieving the feat in a mere 186 innings.

He is inhumanly consistent with the bat, aggressive as captain and an absolute livewire in the field. But, those aren't the only things he is capable of doing.

In what spell further doom for bowlers around the world, Kohli's batting ways are ambidextrous and, to the sheer horror of his counterparts, he is an equally better stroke-player when batting left-handed. The Indian batting sensation had shared a video on Instagram where he was seen smashing the ball high on during a street-match in Sri Lanka.

Though Kohli deleted the video, an Indian cricket fan shared it on Twitter with a caption that read: "Not bad for a left-handed shot".

With their tour of Sri Lanka almost coming to an end, India will take on the likes of South Africa, England and Australia who'll surely be wondering if there's anything the Indian captain can't do.
