To be frank, Karan's grooming moves have always been very consistent—medium length, slightly contoured, tad bit messy and always styled to perfection. Quite a safe bet, but a brilliant one.

As you can notice, Mr. Dubey is an incredible beard keeper. That said, he's a perma-beard person—you'll never find him clean shaven. Another thing to notice: his beard lines are hard, but not too sharp. That's key.

Zain's beard situation is a little unkempt, but exactly in-sync with sane behaviour in public. Sure, it's a little messy but at least it's contoured at the right places. Clearly, the actor's clear lines but manly nuances are a match made in heaven.
