Netflix Brings Back 'Jessica Jones', New York's Booziest Superhero-Turned-Badass Cop

One of the most badass women of television, Jessica Jones, is finally back with a bang. And this time, by the looks of the trailer that was recently released, she's gonna be fiercer than ever in the second season of the show. This season will also deal with her past as she confronts her nightmares as villains Purple Man and Kilgrave come to haunt her.Β

The first teaser trailer of 'Jessica Jones' second season brings back Krysten Ritter and her badassery, as she is seen breaking doors, jumping off tall buildings, beating criminals and later enjoying her alcohol like it's nobody's business.

We love how this woman does not give two hoots about people saying that β€œwith great power, comes great responsibility” and will actually go to extreme lengths to beat the shit out of any bad guy who comes in her way. Ritter will be reprising her role as the tough-as-nails former superhero turned private investigator and within the first few seconds, we were confirmed that this one will most definitely take the top spot in our binge watch list.

Although this was a short 1 minute teaser trailer, it was enough to skyrocket our excitement and gives us a sneak-peek at what should one expect in the upcoming season. This season also brings back Rachael Taylor, Carrie-Anne Moss and Eka Darville and introduces new members on board, Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez.

We don't know much about famous or inspirational quotes, but this one will surely be etched in our hearts forever – β€œIf you say with great power, comes great responsibilities. I swear I will throw up on you.”

If her straight-face and nothing-can-hold-me-back attitude wasn't intriguing enough, she just teased all the Marvel comic fans by calling out Spiderman's Uncle Ben in the amazing way possible. If your excitement is hitting the roof too, just like us, watch out for the full season of this Marvel series that is releasing on March 30, 2018.
