Model Dev Paimal's Beard Is Easily The Simplest One To Maintain

Institutionally, Dev Paimal doesn't have the fattest beard. It's neither heavy on products, maintenance or grabs eyeballs as he enters a room. It's a great beard, if not the greatest. But if there's anything that the beard stocks in plenty, it's the simplicity of its daily regime. Which unfortunately, is a hard task for every guy out there. Clearly and obviously, Paimal does have a trick or two up his sleeves—on how to sow a beard, let it sprout and water its way into a grown-arse mug.

So, for our second edition of '30 Days 30 Beards', he takes us behind the scenes of his beloved beard.

Do you think beards are overrated?

Absolutely not! Beards are the new six-pack abs, and I have both.

What made you grow it in the first place?

You know, there comes a day in every man's life, when he wants to give the beard a shot (just out of curiosity). That's exactly what happened with me!

How has growing a beard changed your life?

If I may, growing one has definitely helped me feel more 'manly'. Plus, in my opinion, that feeling a woman experiences while slipping into a pair of heels, the beard does the exact same for a man. Plus, while most of you call it facial hair, I call it awesomeness escaping through my face!

Do woman dig the beard or clean-shaven men?

If my experience is any indication, women actually dig a slight stubble. However, since a beard makes a man look aggressive and masculine, they don't mind them too. Haha!

Razor or trimmer? And how often...

Honestly, I find the whole process of shaving very relaxing. Having said that, I'm more of a trimmer person—its so much more convenient. Plus, razors happen to irritate my skin if I use them daily, so I try and avoid them.

Beards need care. What's your regime like?

To be frank, finding the perfect beard style for your face isn't easy. You have to grow, trim, shave your beard multiple times. Just be patient, and things will fall in place!

The trimmer you're using right now?

Philips' multi-groomer!

Ever tried beard oils, shampoos, conditioners etc?

Yes, and my beard thanked me for using them.

According to you, the most iconic celebrity beard in the world?

Charles Darwin!

And the worst...

Osama Bin Laden (lol).

Your next big beard move?

Ho ho ho, Santa Claus!
