Teenage years are already very rough, but adding an extremely rare medical condition to the mix would just make it so much worse. Supatra 'Natty' Sasuphan, a 17-year old girl from Bangkok, Thailand, suffers from the rare genetic condition Ambras Syndrome, which is more commonly known as 'Werewolf Syndrome'.

It basically means that the person suffering from it has hair growing from everywhere, even the face. But, not anymore! Recently Natty shared pictures of her shaved face and she started doing that after marrying the 'love of her life'.

Reportedly, only a handful of people have suffered from this disease since the middle ages, and Natty is a part of that tiny group, and honestly it feels like winning the worst kind of lottery.

Moreover, since there haven't been a lot of documented cases of it, it also means that the doctors have failed to find a cure for it till now. Even though Natty received a laser treatment when she was a child, it failed since the hair kept growing back. In fact, the laser treatment made the hair grow back quicker and thicker.

Because of her condition, Natty also won the Guinness World Record for hairiest girl in the world in 2010. Despite getting bullied and being called names like 'Wolf Girl' and 'Chewbacca' in school, she has managed to embrace her condition, and not 'let the haters stop her from doing her thang'.

Never letting the bullying get to her, she got with the support of her friends and her family. She told 'Guinness World Records', “I don't feel any different to anyone else, and I've got lots of friends at school... Being hairy makes me special. There were a few people who used to tease me and call me monkey face but they don't do it anymore. I'm very used to this condition. I can't feel the hair as it has always been like this. I don't feel anything. It does sometimes make it difficult to see when it gets long. I hope I will be cured one day.”

I think it is important to note that she was just 10-years old when she said this, and can we just appreciate that a 10-year old kid had a better outlook of life than all of us.

Fast forward a few years, she now shaves her face and body regularly and started doing so after getting married. She's found happiness with her husband and captioned a recent post about him: “You're not just my first lover, you're the love of my life.” Awww.
