He is not from the avocado eating generation and neither indulges in fad diets. It is all about quantified nutrition for him.

Repost, due to so many requests. ðð BTW, The "don't drink for 30 minutes after eating" is supposely preventing stomach acid dilution. Who knows? All I can say is digestion seems easier/smoother this way. Your mileage may vary. ðð

Being shredded like this is no joke at 67 but Bill's metabolism is his best friend , courtesy his workout routine , which is on point.
