1. Stop Watching Porn

I can already see the disappointment on most of your faces, but it is what it is. Let me tell you that porn has not only destroyed relationships but also ruined marriages. You may ask how? Well, not directly. Today's world of High Definition porn coupled with high speed internet has kickstarted porn addiction. The problem with porn is that it raises your expectations to an unrealistic level. 3. Take Ample Rest

Sleeping for 7-9 hours is not only required to have a clear mind and energy levels but also to make sure that your *** life remains fine. People who are chronically sleep deprived are usually irritable and fatigued, both mentally and physically. I`m sure you don't want both of these when you want to have a good *** life.

4. Limit Smoking And Alcohol consumption

You already know that both of these are bad for liver, lungs, heart and what not. But did you know that these addiction forming substances are also bad for your ***-life? Long term intake of alcohol suppresses testosterone production in the testes. Since we have already discussed Testosterone and its role in *** life, I won`t repeat what suppression of testosterone means. Smoking as we know poses a big risk to the heart health.
