To Curb VIP Culture The Punjab Government Has Decided To Get Rid Of Red Beacons andamp Not Travel Abroad For 2 Years

Captain Amrinder Singh’s win in Punjab has apparently come as a wave of freshness and new found stream of productive power. In the first cabinet meeting itself, the newly elected Punjab government came up with some great ideas to fasten the growth of the state.

It is a known fact that most ministers tend to misuse funds and exploit the VIP culture by taking it too far. So in a bid to curb that, the cabinet has decided to issue a ban on the use of red beacons, stop the plans of ministers of flying abroad for two years and also stop them from organising functions at the expense of the state fund. The red beacons will only be allowed on the ambulances, fire brigades and on the cars of the Chief Justices for the Punjab government.

In addition to these historic moves, more amendments in the structure include the salary allowances and reimbursements of the MLAs will be made public, amongst many more reforms. Well, it looks like Punjab will finally become ‘Udta Punjab’ under the new CM’s wings.
