Ritika Sajdeh Posts A Heartfelt Message For Rohit Sharma On His 31st Birthday

After five defeats and just one win in the tournament, Mumbai Indians (MI) finally had a reason to celebrate after their eight-wicket win over Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the MCA stadium in Pune on 28th April. For a team that was struggling to click as a unit, Mumbai performed superbly to outwit the opposition with their captain Rohit Sharma slamming a commendable unbeaten fifty.

If Rohit's return to form and Mumbai's much-needed win gave their fans something to cheer for, the blue army, two days later, had another reason to rejoice - this time for the 31st birthday of their mercurial captain. Rohit turned 31 on 30th April and there was no surprise to see wishes pouring in for the 'Hitman' on the social media.

With @ImRo45 , talent Ki Tanki is always full. He is my favourite batsman to watch and I really love watching him bat. May you continue to prosper and shine and keep the talent alive always. #HappyBirthdayRohit pic.twitter.com/tN0FrVX0hK

From fans, cricket bigwigs to celebrities, everyone wished the Mumbai Indians captain in their own unique manner on the social media. While there were many interesting wishes, there was one in particular that stood out amongst the rest - the one from Rohit's wife Ritika Sajdeh.

Happiest birthday to my favourite person in the world @rohitsharma45 â¤ï¸to seeing the northern lights, paddle boarding with whales and travelling the world together â¤ï¸â¤ï¸â¤ï¸
