No, It Wasn't Rude Of Deepika To Stop Someone From Filming Her & Ranveer While On Vacation

Just a few days ago, everyone was talking about a photographer from Bangladesh because of a beautiful picture he clicked that ended up going viral. Why? Because the picture depicted a couple kissing in the rain. Reportedly, the photographer was then beaten up and he was even fired from his job just because of the picture. But, a lot of people assumed it was because he clicked someone's picture without their consent, which wasn't the case at all. We covered the story and a lot of people in the comments also made that assumption without reading the whole article and left a bunch of comments like these.

Okay so, we've established that people consider clicking someone's picture without their consent not right and some would go as far as to say it's illegal, right?

So, my question is why does this basic human right not expend to celebrities? I mean, they're also people and yes, they live their life in front of the camera but when they're not working, they deserve all the privacy.

If you hadn't already guessed by the title, this is about that little video of Deepika smiling while trying to stop someone from filming her while she was on vacation with Ranveer Singh.

Here's the video in question:

Apparently, the girl who filmed this left a comment on the video when it was shared by someone. She said, “I was the one who was attacked I made this video! Such disrespectful actors! They lost a fan and their self-respect. They attacked me! Both of them. Disgusting ass people! Fame got to their head.”

But, filming someone without their consent is so wrong, right? Maybe if she went up to them and asked for a picture nicely, they would've been happy to make a fan's day. But, if people start treating famous people as they are just there for their entertainment all the time, then that becomes a problem. They're trying to have a lowkey holiday, they're not at a red carpet, they don't want people clicking their pictures. To put it simply, they're not working and just like everyone, they deserve a break.

And, there is nothing disrespectful or rude about it.
