Think of sartorial sensibilities for 30,000 feet above and you'd be blessed with names of a lot of stylish men. #AirportStyle — as they call it — is now a move of the top dogs and is soon, even trickling down to the ordinary. After all, you can find the love of your life anywhere, right? Even at a boarding terminal; so you rather be prepared.

Saif Ali Khan, though married, exudes his personal swagger even while flying. But mind you: he may be a high-flying, business class traveller, but he hardly dresses the part; that's just his way of life and we're no one to complain. Because after all, he's a Nawab, who's always raining on his own parade. So, for his recent airport outfit in Mumbai, he did exactly that.

Going by this visual above, Saif's style slogan seems simple: walk into a terminal like you're getting into bed (and just keeping rolling in it). Throw in a bandana in the combo (a style-signature), Kolhapuris (because, he's in an Independence Day hangover) and headphones, because "I don't care if you're shouting my name, bro". Takeaway: whether at the airport or in situations outside, Khan's style is chill at all times. Does this mean dressing up adversely for #AirportStyle is a trend that's now officially dead?

That said, as much as we say and call his 'chill', we must appreciate the fact that this is a unique, well-planned out style flex. Sure, there's just a T-shirt and trackpants in there, but notice the timepiece on the wrist, tinted sunnies, colour-twinning with the bandana and headphones and, well, that Louis Vuitton bag, that's the single-most symbol of his bank balance here. Worth just a few lakhs maybe?

And though, we would have loved some trimming on the beard, let's just call this his lazy day!

Clearly, this is a reminder that Airport style isn't something that needs to be forced down one's throat. What style-route you want to take or whether you even want to really care is something you don't need to push yourself into. Much like Saif Ali Khan, men like Shah Rukh Khan too prefer chill dressing over being overtly dramatic (or forcibly put-together) at the airport. Looks like, bigger the bank balance, more the modesty. Since when did this become a famous man-thing?
