The 24-year-old, who has recently shaved her head for her role in Life in a Year ? in which she plays a woman with cancer who has one year to live ? said she'd go to "any length" for a "great" movie part.
Actors T. J. Miller and his wife Kate Miller, model Daisy Lowe, and singer Tallia Storm were among the other guests.
