ISLAMABAD: Finance minister Ishaq Dar on Wednesday announced a decrease in the prices of petroleum products, with petrol price slashed by Rs1.20 per litre while diesel is down by Rs.1.60.
New prices for petrol and diesel are Rs72.80 and Rs81.40, respectively.
Prices of light diesel and kerosene oil remain unchanged.
The prices will take effect from 12AM on Thursday.
