

LAHORE: The traffic warden, who put his life at risk in order to hunt down the truck involved in a hit-and-run incident, was rewarded for his act of sheer bravery.
Chief Traffic Officer Lahore Roy Ejaz announced a prize worth Rs10,000 for the warden named Jawad.
Apart from that, the CTO presented the warden with a certificate of appreciation.
Ejaz said that the traffic warden risked his life and he should be duly praised for his act of bravery.
The warden?s video went viral in which Jawad can be seen hanging from the speeding truck and clinging to the door, while the truck is still racing on the road.
The truck was speeding away after hitting a car with a family inside. After stopping the truck the driver was apprehended.
