After Loss To Pakistan Virat Kohli Left Fuming By This Ridiculous Question From A Journalist

In what was touted to be the mother of all battles, the high-octane final between India and Pakistan in the coveted ICC Champions Trophy failed to live up to its billing following a complete domination of Sarfraz Ahmed's men who clinched a massive 180-run win.

The clash that was expected to entertain a global cricket audience eventually turned out to be a nightmare for Team India and its

fans who were beaten in almost all the departments of the game. Clearly, their fans were miffed and the mood in the Indian camp wasn't hard to imagine.

But, despite a forgetful outing in the game, Indian captain Virat Kohli managed to win everyone's heart by showing grace in defeat and giving proper credit to the Pakistani side for a commendable show. However, the drama continued in the post-match press conference where Kohli was stunned by the very first question he was asked by a journalist.

Here are the excerpts from the press conference:

Journalist: Captain, you won the toss and a wicket on the no-ball. Did you feel any pleasant moment in this match?

Kohli: Any what? Pleasant moment?

Journalist: Pleasant moment. You won the toss and got a wicket on the no-ball. Did you think any more pleasant in the match?

Kohli: Pleasant moment in the match? For who?

Journalist: For you.

Kohli: How can a no-ball be pleasant for me?

Journalist: Because you got the wicket.

Kohli: Was that even sensible? I mean, what’s happening.

Now, that's definitely not the way you'd want to start your press conference, especially after your team has endured a crushing loss on the biggest stage.
