QUETTA: The photo has been obtained of MPA Abdul Majeed Achakzai sitting in the vehicle which he ran over a policeman a few days back, proving he is guilty of the killing.

The photo available with Geo News shows Achakzai sitting on the driving seat, holding a mobile phone to his ear. Besides, another photo has been obtained that shows as an air cooler placed outside the bars of the MPA's jail.

A discriminatory attitude in the case of Achakzai was witnessed earlier as well when, despite the incident's CCTV video, FIR was registered against 'unidentified persons'. But later, police included his name in the report.

A few days back, Achakzai ran a traffic policeman, Haji Ataullah, over. A video of the incident went viral on social media, following which police took action against the death of their colleague.

The MPA was elected to the provincial assembly from Killa Abdullah on PB-13 from Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party.
