This application will allow admins to send Bulk PMs to specific user groups.
PM Settings:
- Author
- Allow reply & add a copy on author Inbox folder
- Title
- Content
PM Filters:
- Groups to send the PM
- Include Secondary Groups
- Content Count
- Reputation Points
- Joined Date
- Last Visit to the Site

What's New in Version 1.0.3
- FIxed error that was sending multiple emails to pm sender in certain circumstances.
- Fixed error: it wasn't sending notification (email) when receiving the new PM.
- Added Update Check URL to notifify administrator when a new version of the app is released.
