Back in 2018, the #MeToo movement had gained momentum in India, to name and shame sexual offenders.

In a shocking turn of events, various known celebrities including Alok Nath, Sajid Khan, Nana Patekar, and Vikas Bahl, among others were accused of sexual harassment by women.
However, the movement soon fizzled out and most of the accused big names in Bollywood were not proven guilty. While some of the alleged offenders chose to stay away from the industry, others dived back into work sooner than expected.
Several directors, who were accused in the #MeTooIndia but weren't proven guilty, too decided to move on and signed big stars for their projects.
Let's take a look at the list of Bollywood actresses who are currently working with directors, once accused of sexual harassment:
    1. Shraddha Kapoor (Luv Ranjan's next) View this post on Instagram
Shraddha is playing the lead role in director Luv Ranjan's untitled film, starring Ranbir Kapoor as the main lead.
For the unversed, an actress in 2018 had claimed that Ranjan harassed her after she was called for an audition for Pyaar Ka Punchnama (2011).
However, the director denied all allegations and issued an apology in case his actions hurt anyone.
The Ranbir-Shraddha film is among the most-awaited films and is slated to hit the theatres next year, on March 8, 2023.
    2. Kriti Sanon (Vikas Bahl's Ganapath) View this post on Instagram
Kriti Sanon, whose latest release Bachchhan Paandey turned out to be a failure at the box office, is a part of Vikas Bahl's Ganapath.
Interestingly, Bahl was accused of sexual assault in October 2018, in the wake of the #MeTooIndia movement.
The complainant had alleged that the Queen director had sexually assaulted her in 2015, and Anurag Kashyap had ignored her complaint back then.
However, later in 2019, he was given a clean chit in the matter.
Talking about his next release, Ganapath: Part 1, the film stars Tiger Shroff opposite Kriti. It marks their reunion on the big screen after a gap of 8 years post their debut film Heropanti (2014). The movie is scheduled to release later this year, on December 23.
    3. Huma Qureshi (Subhash Kapoor's Maharani 2) View this post on Instagram
In 2014, Subhash Kapoor was accused of sexually abusing actress Geetika Tyagi, and the claims resurfaced in 2018 as part of a wave of MeToo allegations against famous men in Bollywood.
Back then, Aamir Khan, who was supposed to do Mogul with Kapoor, backed out of the project since the filmmaker was facing allegations of sexual misconduct.
However, later in 2019, he reversed his decision and made a comeback in the biopic of late music mogul Gulshan Kumar stating that he was troubled as his action might have cost the filmmaker his right to work.
As soon as the movement fizzled out, Subhash moved on and directed Madam Chief Minister with Richa Chaddha and Maharani starring Huma Qureshi. After the success of Maharani, Huma has again teamed up with the director for its sequel, which is expected to premiere soon.
    4. Taapsee Pannu (Rajkumar Hirani's next) View this post on Instagram
All hell broke loose for PK helmer Rajkumar Hirani when he was accused of sexual misconduct by a woman who worked with him on Sanju (2017).
However, during the difficult time, celebs like Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt showed their support for him. He too denied the allegations and his lawyer Anand Desai termed them "false, mischievous, scandalous, motivated and defamatory".
Since then, he hasn't announced his next project, however, various reports suggest that he's teaming up with Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan for a film.
While an official announcement is still awaited, Taapsee Pannu is rumoured to be playing the leading lady in it. The upcoming film marks Hirani's first project post the whole controversy. Also, it is going to be Taapsee's first film with both Hirani and SRK.

The Bollywood industry, with all its money, fame, and glamour, is a very competitive place to be. This means that there is a lot riding on and as a result, there may be fragile egos and flared tempers at any given time.

Unfortunately, some Bollywood stars have come to the receiving end of it and have gone through the humiliation of being slapped in public.
    1. Salman Khan © Instagram/Salman Khan
Salman is known to take no nonsense from anyone, however, in 2009, a daughter of a Delhi businessman barged into the Tiger 3 actor's private party and slapped him in front of everyone.

It was also reported that the girl also abused Sushmita Sen and Sohail Khan at the same party. However, Salman kept a cool head and the girl was escorted out by his bodyguards.
    2. Ranbir Kapoor © Instagram/Ranbir Kapoor
Unfortunately, this incident too involved Salman, however, according to reports, Ranbir was at the receiving end of this one.

Ranbir, who is all set to get married to Alia Bhatt at the moment, was reportedly in a renowned pub in Mumbai along with Salman.
As per reports, the incident occurred before Ranbir's Bollywood debut, with the actor getting into a war of words with Salman, after which the Pathan actor ended up slapping him.
It was later reported that Salman's father Salim Khan called a truce with Ranbir's late father Rishi Kapoor.
    3. Sunny Deol © Prime Video
Imagine going up against the Dhai-Kilo Ka Haath of Sunny Paaji!

Well, according to reports, Soha Ali Khan and Sunny Deol had been shooting for a sequence of Ghayal Once Again, which was a sequel to the 1990 blockbuster Ghayal.
It was reported that there was a slapping scene in the film with Soha and Sunny.
According to reports, Soha ended up getting too involved in the character and ended up slapping Sunny, leaving the actor shocked.
    4. Shah Rukh Khan © Twitter
One of the most infamous Bollywood clashes included Shah Rukh Khan slapping Farah Khan's husband Shirish Kunder.

It was reported that Shirish pushed SRK to the edge before King Khan took the step of pulling his hair and slapping him.
According to reports, things were so bad that Sanjay Dutt had to intervene to pull a stop.
    5. Amrita Rao © Instagram/Amrita Rao
On the sets of Pyaare Mohan (2006) Esha Deol and Amrita Rao got into an altercation with the former slapping the latter.

Later, while speaking to TOI, Esha said, "Yes, I slapped Amrita. One day after pack-up, she abused me in front of my director, Indra Kumar, and my cameraman and I thought that was totally out of line. To protect my self-respect and dignity, in the heat of the moment, I slapped her. I have no regrets because she totally deserved it for her behaviour towards me at that point in time."
    6. Gauhar Khan © Instagram/Gauhar Khan
The Big Boss star is a big social media presence, however, it was while shooting for a show that she had to undergo a horrible encounter.

According to reports, Gauhar was once slapped in an interview by one of her fans.
It was reported that the man was disgusted that Gauhar had been wearing a short dress and went past the security to assault the actress.

You think breaking up over a text is bad? Well, ghosting is worse.

It is the worst form of rejection when someone abruptly stops responding to your texts. No clarification. No explanation. They simply vanish.
Was it something you said? Did she find someone else? Is she friends with your ex? There are many reasons why someone may have ghosted on you and there’s no point in taking it personally.
In fact, you must have ghosted on some of your matches too. Instead of beating yourself up about it, you need to know why they ghosted in the first place. It could be them, but it could also be something you said or the way you behaved.
Here are some of the most common turn-offs for women that make them ghost on men.
Read on and don’t forget to make notes:
    1. Casual Sexism Or MisogynySexism is bad and misogyny is worse. Whether you’re giving her unsolicited opinions on her style, her makeup or her career, you need to stop.
Avoid saying things like ‘I like women with no makeup’ or ‘ you look better in a dress than in jeans’.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2306__
We all grew up with patriarchy embedded in our society so there’s some deep-rooted sexism in each one of us. But instead of projecting it on others, try to be more understanding and avoid commenting on anyone’s personal choices.
    2. Being Too NeedyIf you’re really into someone, it’s easy to get anxious waiting for them to text back. But you have to fight the urge of sending her back to back ‘hey’ texts.
This can make you seem too needy and turn her off. Think about it, if someone was texting you back to back, wouldn’t you feel annoyed?
    __ECOMPRODUCT__3236__
    3. Being Too PushyIf she says that she prefers meeting at a restaurant instead of coming over, listen to her. There’s no point pushing her to meet you because that will only push her away.
Respecting her boundaries is the only way of making her feel safe. More so, can you really blame her for being too cautious?
    __ECOMPRODUCT__3164__
    4. Excessive SextingDid she start the sexting? Did she reciprocate your sexts? If the answer to both these questions is no, you need to stop. You may be in the mood to sext, but she’s not.
If you continue to be pushy about it, she is likely to get uncomfortable and ghost. No means no and silence also means no, be it on a dating app or in real life.
    5. You Met & There Was No ChemistryIt’s not your fault and it’s not hers. Sometimes, you simply don’t hit it off.
Instead of chasing her, move on and match with someone new. Who knows, you may find someone who is actually compatible with you and you end up talking for hours with her.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__1583__
    Happy Dating!
Now, that you know about the most common reasons for ghosting, you probably have a much better understanding of modern women. Keep it simple and real and you’re sure to find a match in no time.

Going to a stadium to watch your favourite team or your favourite player taking on their fierce rival is a treat that most sports fanatics want to enjoy.

The stadium organisers also leave no stone unturned in making this experience a memorable one by providing the fans with the best facilities, that too without burning a deep hole into their pocket.
But in the end, sports is a multibillion-dollar business and it’s another medium through which the rich people get even richer. For that, they try everything.

From introducing limited edition memorabilia to launching special edition kits, they do everything to make people splash their cash (or cards or whatever).
They know that people have strong attachments with their favourite sports teams and they wouldn’t think twice before spending money on things that make them happy internally. It doesn’t even matter if that product is overpriced.
The Atlanta Braves are selling a 'World Champions Burger' that has all the fixings!

For $151, you also get a replica World Series ring with your order.

    OR

For $25,000, it comes with a limited-edition World Series ring.

Tapping into this very realm of the human psyche, the Atlanta Braves, a professional baseball team in the US,  has launched special ‘World Champions Burgers’ priced at Rs 25 lakh ($33,000).
Yes, you read that right! To take a bite of this burger the fans have to shell out Rs 25 lakh which is way more than what majority of Indians earn in the whole year.
Don’t worry people, there is a ‘cheaper’ version of this burger which is comparatively way more affordable. So, ready for the price?
This burger will cost fans Rs 11,457 ($151).

Now, you must be wondering what's so special about these burgers that they cost so much. Well, as the name suggests these are no ordinary burgers. These burgers were launched to commemorate the world series title that Atlanta Braves won last year.
Those going for the ultra-expensive burger would get a limited edition world championship ring and those opting for the ‘cheaper’ option would get only a replica of the World Series ring.
In case you were wondering what all ingredients would be used to prepare these burgers. A sports business analyst named Darren Rovell listed out all the ingredients that will go into preparing the cheapest of the two available options.
Burger that Braves are selling for $151:

A Wagyu beef patty with cage-free pan-fried eggs, gold-leaf-wrapped foie gras, grilled cold water lobster tail, heirloom tomato, Tillamook cheddar cheese and truffle aioli on a toasted, buttered bun served with Parmesan waffle fries. pic.twitter.com/wlcUF6oe2O

Do you remember the craze there was (and for many people still is), when Game Of Thrones was released? The American fantasy show filled with blood, drama, ***, thrill and mystical phenomena was an instant hit among the audience and for good reason.
At least until the finale was released...
But looks like we have another show in our midst that is just as magnificent and captivating as Game Of Thrones, and with a better and more fitting finale too!
    The Last Kingdom.

    Better than Game of Thrones.

    That's the tweet. pic.twitter.com/WmsCgUBZir
    — Arun (@ArunS) April 6, 2022
Netflix’s The Last Kingdom is being hailed as the next big thing after the HBO show, Game Of Thrones.
The historical drama is a British show that is based on Bernard Cornwell's The Saxon Stories novels. It follows the life of Uhtred whose family is killed and he’s been raised as a Dane since then.
While the show has enjoyed a cult hit status, it never really went as viral as Game Of Thrones. However, it seems like that is about to change as fans claim that the show might be one up over the GOT franchise.

Yuzvendra Chahal shocked the cricketing world when he alleged that a Mumbai Indians player hung him from the 15th floor in a drunken state back in 2013.

Chahal had made his debut with Mumbai Indians in the Indian Premier League (IPL) and during his stint with the five-time IPL champions, he had faced a tough time as a youngster.
While Chahal did not name the player who hung him from the balcony of a building's 15th floor, the leg-spinner's comments from an old Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) podcast, in which he had claimed that Mumbai Indians stars Andrew Symonds and James Franklin, tied his hands and legs and taped his mouth and left him in a hotel room, have now surfaced.

    — Rajasthan Royals (@rajasthanroyals) April 7, 2022 Chahal was reminiscing about the team's Champions League T20 victory back in 2011.
The 31-year-old said he spent the night with his hands and legs tied and mouth taped and only when the cleaning staff came the next morning, he was set free.
“It was in 2011 after winning champions League in a Chennai hotel. He (Andrew Symonds) had drunk a lot of “fruit juice” (laughs). I was with him, only. James Franklin and he tied my hands and legs, and said ‘now you have to open’. They were in so much masti they have taped my mouth and forgot all about me. Party got over and in the morning, when a cleaner came, he saw me and freed me. They asked from when have I been here like this and I told them, ‘from the night itself’,  Chahal had said on the RCB podcast.
    3-0-9-2 A match-winning performance for us in the 2011 CLT20 final

Reacting to these allegations, Durham Cricket Club has said that they will privately speak to their coach Franklin, who was part of the Mumbai Indians squad in 2011.
According to an ESPNCricinfo report, Durham Cricket Club will privately speak to all the parties involved in the incident mentioned by Chahal.
"We are aware of recent news reports surrounding an incident in 2011 which name a member of our staff," Durham said in a statement sent to ESPNcricinfo. "As with any matters involving employees, the club will speak privately with all parties involved to determine the facts."
If true, this sort of behaviour in professional sport is a worrying sign especially if you are a youngster who has just walked into a dressing room filled with big players from all over the world.
Also, it remains to be seen how Mumbai Indians react to the whole issue. They have kept mum on the whole issue since Chahal made these allegations.
