Oh boy! Warner Bros has unveiled the new teaser trailer for Fantastic Beasts: Secrets Of Dumbledore, and it is definitely the most exciting one yet!

If you're familiar with the Harry Potter franchise, you'd know that there have always been snippets of Albus Dumbledore's past life.
Yeah! Dumbledore, as wise and great a wizard he is, he's rarely shared things from his life, at least not in the Harry Potter movies or books.
Well, if you're a fan of the Fantastic Beasts franchise, you would get to know a lot about him in the third and latest instalment, Secrets Of Dumbledore.
While a full trailer had been released just weeks back, this new teaser is completely something else.

It's shown something that we've never had the chance to really explore or see in the previous books or movies. The relationship between Dumbledore and Gellert Grindelwald.

The movie teaser begins with Jude Law's Dumbledore and Mads Mikkelson's Grindelwald sitting at a table, where they are talking about the war that awaits them.

There is a peek of Dumbledore and Grindelwald battling each other in the ultimate wizarding fight, something that Potterheads have read about a lot in the books, but never once witnessed on the screens for real.

While this will clearly be a sight to see when the movie releases in theatres on April 15, the most important and shocking element of the teaser comes right after it.

For the very first time, Dumbledore can be heard confessing his love for Grindelwald, with the iconic wizard blurting out the words.

"Because I was in love with you".
Now, while this may be something we see a lot in movies, why it is so significant in the Harry Potter universe is, because never has Dumbledore ever said these words either in movies or in text.
Moreover, the spectacular flames scene right after his confession is what adds to the drama.
We know that as much as Dumbledore and Grindelwald love each other, it will all come down to the fight between good and the bad.
Hopefully, we'll be munching on some popcorn when we see the whole thing next month!

Only 90s kids remember how Holi used to be back when we were in school. We started preparations weeks earlier.
However, it was the night before Holi that we got super excited and just couldn’t sleep. We would fill and stock the water balloons the night before, keep our Holi clothes neatly folded on the bed and make strategies in our head while trying to sleep.

However, the real fun started in the morning and we would be lying if we said that was not the most fun and amazing day of the whole year for us.

Plus, since the 90s kids were practically crazy (we still are), they have the most hilarious and weird stories from their childhood on what went down on Holi.
Disclaimer: It’s all about bhaang, balloons and some batshit crazy stuff.

Here are some of the weirdest and most amazing yet funniest stories that desis shared on Reddit and it’s making us miss the madness of Holi we experienced as kids:

    1. “My brother consumed some Bhang....He slept around 2 pm after playing Holi and woke up (came to his consciousness) on the 3rd day. Got up, took shower, wore his evening clothes and started putting Gulal on everyone. He was in 8th standard and I was in 10th.  I was shocked and really scared because it was my first experience seeing someone behaving like this and I cried my heart out in the washroom because I thought I had lost my brother.” –shoppingstyleandus

    2. “I loved Holi so much that I couldn't sleep the night before and used to end up filling water in balloons all through the night! One time…Someone close aimed the water balloon so well at me that it ended up hitting hard on my ear and kind of did a small rupture in my eardrum!” –xistential_dread35

    3. “On Holi, my friends got bhaang and made thandai. Now, nothing happened for a couple of hours - we joked the guy who got bhaang was duped. We were done playing Holi and were now washing off the stubborn colours at a tap outside. One of my friends was gently rubbing his palm against the wall to scrub off the colour. And then it happened. He wouldn't stop scrubbing. One of us said - "ise chadh gayi hai"...then someone said something worth half a chuckle. But another guy's chuckle soon became hysterical laughter. In a few minutes, he was rolling on the ground laughing while everyone else was left bemused.” –lazenby1985

    4. “A friend of mine, got hold of a lot of balloons to use on Holi. He said he got it from someone he knew - that they were throwing out balloons from a medical clinic. We were overjoyed - more so because the balloons were so elastic and could really hold a lot of water. While we were filling it up, some aunty saw and complained to my mother and I got a good scolding. I had no idea why. But she confiscated all these balloons and threw them in the garbage. I was so heartbroken and hated my parents so much that day. Many years later I thought about it and realized that these balloons were condoms.” –Electronic-Salary515

    5. “I was out for 12hrs straight.

So, during my graduation, I went back home to celebrate holi with a few friends. There were some friends, who had made sherbat with bhang added onto them. Now these guys made us drink atleast two glasses of bhang for each one of us.
I bleakly remember…that I was lying down on the lap of a female friend and continuously telling her "Hey Kali mata maine bahot paap kiya hai mujhe maaf kar de" (Hey Goddess Kali, I have committed a lot of sins. Please forgive me) and she was laughing her heart out.
Later when I heard this story, I vowed never to drink any kind of bhang stuff.” –Unknown

Okay, it proves that Holi is and can never be the same, especially now post-pandemic. However, we are glad we had the most amazing time playing like crazy kids back in the day.

Prithvi Shaw had a dream start to his international career when he scored a century on his Test debut against the West Indies at Rajkot.
Despite such a promising start to his career, the youngster has fallen off the radar, playing only five Tests, six ODIs, and a solitary T20I, in the last couple of years.

The intense competition for the opening slot in the Indian cricket team hasn’t helped his cause either but that’s not the only reason why he finds himself waiting on the sidelines.
Apart from an obvious flaw that was exposed in his game during the 2020-21 India’s tour of Australia, his level of fitness has also contributed to him not getting a look in by the national selectors.

According to reports, the 22-year-old tanked in his Yo-Yo Test at the National Cricket Academy (NCA) ahead of the 15th edition of the Indian Premier League. While this doesn’t rule him out of IPL 2022, it does bar him from selection into the Indian team.
Shaw, who last played for India in that infamous Adelaide Test in December 2020, shared a cryptic post on his Instagram story where he urged people to not judge him because they weren’t aware of his situation.
In the following lines, he shot a ‘Karma’ arrow, perhaps to instil fear.

“Please don’t judge me, when you don’t know my situation, U are creating your own Karma,” read one of Shaw’s Instagram stories.

It can’t be said with absolute certainty what he meant by those words or who they were directed at but people were convinced that this was in response to all the news articles that had popped up ever since the news of him failing the Yo-Yo Test started doing rounds.

No doubt, Shaw is  an exceptional talent but he must understand that the fitness culture in Indian cricket is not what it used to be at one point in time. It has gone through a massive change in the last decade or so.

The dream of making India the fittest team in the world was introduced by MS Dhoni and after his departure was carried forward by his successor Virat Kohli. Even though the baton has changed hands now, with Rohit Sharma taking control, the focus on fitness is expected to remain intact.
Gone are the days when the players were picked in the Indian team solely based on their skills, while other attributes were considered secondary. In this day and age, there is an equal emphasis, if not more, on a player’s fitness as his primary skill.

In recent times, we have seen players losing their spots despite initially being named in the squad after they failed to clear the mandatory fitness test.
One thing is for sure, the right-handed opener can keep on piling runs in the domestic competitions, including the IPL, but he won’t be picked unless he proves his fitness. If he wants to make a comeback to the Indian team, he better start focusing on his fitness, rather than being philosophical.
