    Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna are two popular stars down south and it was a treat for their audience when they got to see them in Dear Comrade. The kiss scene in the teaser became a big debate and fans even started comparing Vijay with Emraan Hashmi for being a serial kisser. However, this did not go down well with the Arjun Reddy star.

    As per India Today, a reporter asked Vijay Deverakonda about liplock scenes with Rashmika Mandanna at the Bengaluru press meet. He said, "What is a liplock? I mean, I do not like that word. See, you guys write about objectification. It's actually kissing, it's an emotion like anger. When you cry, it's an emotion. When you kiss, it's an emotion. It's not lip-locking, I really dislike that word. Whenever I read liplock, I'm like what the f**k?"

    He also added that kissing is an emotion and it should be respected. "If it's there in the writing or if it's necessary for the moment or if the relationship between the characters is to express it that way, then it needs to be expressed that way. If there's no need, then there won't be any need. So, it's very basic," he added.
    Elaborating more about the lip kissing scenes, he stated, "Actually, it's not Rashmika kissing Vijay or vice versa. It is Bobby kissing Lilly. We are the only country where people forget that actors are playing characters on screen. I don't go around taking stumps and beating people or do drugs. In real life, I don't even smoke. I don't dance and dancing is the last thing I would do even though I enjoy watching it. So, people should not get confused."

    Rashmika, on her part, said, "The director decides how the two characters should emote. It is all in the mindset. If a person feels the trailer only has kissing scenes, basically he doesn't want to relate to any other emotion."

    Well, as we've already seen in the crazy trailer, the multiverse will open doors to other dimensions and there are rumours that we may get to see some really loved superhero characters mark a return in the film.

    After conquering Bollywood, Priyanka Chopra Jonas is now making waves in Hollywood and was recently seen in Keanu Reeves' The Matrix Resurrections. Looking back at her career, in a recent interview, the actress talked about her film choices. She also opened up on playing the role of Mary Kom in her biopic. Directed by Omung Kumar, the film was released in 2014 and turned out to be a success at the box office.

    While Priyanka got huge appreciation for her performance, the makers were criticised for not casting a Northeastern actor in the role of Mary Kom. After around eight years of the film's release, the National-award-winning actress has addressed the backlash and admitted that a Northeastern should have played the role. 

    In the latest edition of Vanity Fair, Priyanka said, "The part should have probably gone to someone from the Northeast. But I was just greedy as an actor to get a chance to tell her story because as a woman, she inspired me so much".

    In the interview, Priyanka, who portrayed a sexual predator in Aitraaz at the age of 21, also talked about taking the risk of playing a negative character on screen. She said big actresses of mainstream commercial films, at that time, had to play good girls on screen. "It was a lot at the time," said the actress talking about her role in Aitraaz.

    She further added, “Because my character was a sexual predator, and I was 21 or 22, and people were like, ‘If you play such a sexually charged character, I don’t know if your audience will be able to see you as the dream girl’”.

    Well, we must say that Priyanka has indeed come a long way. With a meaty part in the ABC series Quantico, Priyanka made her Hollywood debut in 2015. She'll next be seen in the romantic comedy Text For You, followed by Citadel on Amazon Prime Video. With the upcoming film Jee Le Zaraa, she is set to make her Bollywood comeback.     The two have done some projects together but after watching them as Baahubali and Devasena, their fan camp was convinced something is up. The two continue to deny that they might be in a relationship and they are not seeing anyone else as well.

    The rumours of the two dating were further fuelled when it was reported that after working for over five years on SS Rajamouli's Baahubali series, there was news of Anushka’s wedding plans being on the cards. However, Prabhas reached out to Anushka and expressed that he didn't want her to get married during the movie being filmed. He convinced her to focus on Baahubali only.

    In one of her interviews, Anushka’s mother revealed that the two weren’t dating but she’d love to find a Mr. Perfect like Prabhas for her daughter.     He was last seen on the big screen in Rangeela Raja. Now, he is trying his luck in the music industry but it isn’t working out either. Over the last few weeks, he has been coming out with music videos. His debut single was a track called Tip Tip Paani Barsa, which he followed up with Chashma Chadha Ke. His third song, Hello, released on Wednesday but people couldn’t connect with it at all.

    If you have seen the song, you would realize that Govinda is stuck in the 90s era when mismatched outfits and over-the-top bright and colourful settings were okay. The lyrics are written for torturing the listener. The song's lyrics are also composed by Govinda in collaboration with Rohit Raj Sinha. 
    The song didn’t get popular on the first day of its release but now people are getting to see it. The comments have been turned off for the YouTube video but people are bashing him on Instagram and are requesting him to retire peacefully and not lose his legacy.

    In an earlier interview with Times of India, he spoke about his plans and told, “I plan to give opportunities to the lower strata of aspiring artistes, who want to work in this industry with respect and don't want to indulge in unethical things. I will help them through my company and would like big companies to invest in this project of mine. At this age, I cannot go through the rigmarole, but I would like to give back to society by giving a chance to newcomers. I want to eliminate the difficulties that they have to go through, created by the big names in the industry. I am no longer in the age bracket to struggle again; now is the time for me to give back to people so that they are able to navigate the present scenario.”

    Bollywood is a big industry with really, really big superstars like Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, and others creating back to back hits.
    It's said that the name of these superstars is enough to get the audiences to the movie halls regardless of how the movie actually is. That's what the star power is at play here.
    Now, while usually these stars would be strategically placing the releases of their respective movies so as not to have a clash with the movies of other stars, we are seeing more and more superstars join powers to make their films a bigger attraction.
    A few recent examples of this are Sooryavanshi which had Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and Ranveer Singh, with audiences really flooding movie halls to witness the spectacle.

    Moreover, upcoming movies like Shah Rukh's Pathan will see Salman Khan come in a cameo. The same goes for Aamir Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha which will have Salman as well.

    Now, having said that, what about a possible collaboration between Akshay and Shah Rukh, who are both without a doubt the most bankable stars in the industry?
    Well, this would have been possible had Shah Rukh Khan not revealed otherwise.
    Yep! Shah Rukh once revealed how he and Akshay will never work together.
    The two actors had worked in Yash Chopra's superhit Dil Toh Pagal Hai in 1997, where Akshay had sort of a cameo role.

    However, since then, the two have had just brief appearances in each other's films, with Hey Babyy and Om Shanti Om. So, what is the reason behind them not working together?
    A few years, as per reports, Shah Rukh actually shed some light on. Speaking in an interview with DNA, the Bollywood Badshah said, “What do I say to this? I don’t wake up as early as him (Akshay). I go to sleep when Akshay is waking up. His day starts early. By the time I start working, he is packing up and going home. So, he can put in more hours of work. I’m a nocturnal person. Not many people are fond of shooting at night like me.”
    “It will be fun to act with Akshay. Dono set pe hi nahin milenge. Woh jaa raha hoga aur main aa raha hounga (We will never meet on the set). He’ll be leaving the set and I’ll be coming in. I would like to work like Akshay and with him, but our timings won’t match.”
    Such a shame!
    Well, at least, we'll get to see them in their own movies nonetheless.

    Aamir Khan’s younger brother Faissal Khan made his acting debut with the 1994 dud Madhosh directed by Vikram Bhatt. However, he is best known for starring alongside his superstar brother in Dharmesh Darshan’s Mela co-starring Twinkle Khanna.  
    After Mela flopped, Faissal continued to do roles in small budget films until in 2007-2008, a controversy erupted when he fought & won a case against his brother Aamir and other family members.  
    Faissal had alleged that Aamir thinks he is 'mentally unstable' and can’t take his own decisions hence he should be legally appointed as his guardian.

    The case was much publicised and went in favour of Faissal who was, eventually, declared of sound mind by the judge.  

    Last year, before the release of his film Faactory, Faissal was the guest on Mukesh Khanna’s chat show titled The Mukesh Khanna Show. During the interview, he recalled in detail what all went down between him and his elder brother Aamir and how his family sided with the superstar.  
    He claimed that in 2005, Aamir and his family started calling him mentally unstable and forced him into medications after admitting him into a hospital.

    He was later put under house arrest against his will and the ordeal continued for a couple of years. Finally, in 2007, he decided to take back the reins of his life and fought a court case against Aamir and went to the media as well.  

    After staying away from his family for a couple of years, Faissal reconciled with them in 2009 and later, worked with Aamir Khan Productions as a Script Doctor for a salary of Rs 30,000 a month. He said that the whole incident not only affected him personally but also professionally as people stopped working with him.  
    He, however, stated that now things are well with his family and he has forgiven them but hasn’t forgotten what they did to him.

    When host Mukesh Khanna advised that he should also forget about it and move forward in life, Faissal said that his family members don’t let him and added that even after winning the court case Aamir still calls him 'mentally unstable'.  

    He said, “Aap maanenge nahin yeh baat Mukesh ji, Aamir abhi tak bolta hai ki I am mad. Ab main ek film bana chuka hoon, itna kaam kar chuka hoon…toh woh log bhi mujhe baar baar yaad dilaate hain. (You won’t believe, Aamir still calls me mad. Now I have made a film, I’ve done all this work in these years. What else should I do? They never let me forget about the whole incident.)”

    In the same interview, when asked why Aamir didn’t help him in his career despite being such a big star, Faissal replied that he did help in a way by suggesting his name for Mela.  

    He further added that maybe Aamir didn’t want to help him after Mela flopped because “he came and told me ki, ‘Aap toh actor hi nahin ho. Aapko toh line chod deni chahiye.’ (You are not an actor and you should leave this line of work) So, maybe he didn’t want to help me.” 
    Besides Madhosh and Mela, Faissal has featured in films like Border Hindustan Ka, Basti, Chand Bujh Gaya and Faactory. He has also appeared in small roles in films like Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak and Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar.
