    Contrary to popular belief that body image issues and underconfidence in bed is a plight reserved only for women, truth is that men too face a lot of struggle when it comes to baring themselves during intimate acts.

    Any relationship is only as successful as two partners’ worst conversation. 

    This loosely translates into the kind of importance that needs to be given to healthy communication in a relationship, for it can allow you and your partner to talk about what is bothering them in bed. 
    Not only will this make room for you to feel heard and cared for, but also having transparency can eliminate scope for further self-doubt and miscommunication.

    Instead of having too many parameters to judge your performance on, simply focus on one and that is pleasure. As long as you’re able to make your partner feel loved and aroused, you’re on the right track.

    Till the time you’re taking a role-playing kind of inspiration from the thought of fantasizing about someone else, it is bound to add just the necessary spice in your relationship. After all, anything that is forbidden is naturally attractive to us, making the act of fantasizing all the more arousing for many people in relationships.
    However, marriage and family therapist, Bates-Duford suggests that doing it or entertaining the thought of it too often can be dangerous. “Fantasizing excessively can become a gateway for actual infidelities.” 
    She also says, “This is particularly true if you’re preoccupied with sexual images of someone else and can’t enjoy intimacy or become sexually aroused with your partner unless you are fantasizing about someone else.”

    Which is where open communication and transparency plays a great role. 

    It is healthy to discuss sexual fantasies with your partner, even swap them from time to time. Because as long as the couple is on the same page and working together, there will be nothing to worry about.

    On the New Year special episode of the quiz show The Big Picture hosted by Ranveer Singh, the celebrity guest was Govinda. He was accompanied by his wife Sunita, daughter Tina and son Yashvardhan. 
    Ranveer has time and again mentioned that he idolises Govinda and even went on to call him his “bhagwaan” on the show. 
    While the actor was a complete fanboy in the presence of his idol, however, it was Govinda’s wife Sunita who left Ranveer blushing.

    It so happened that during the show, Sunita questioned Ranveer about “nanha sa Ranveer” and asked when he was giving the good news, considering it’s been over three years since he married Deepika Padukone. 

    She asked, “Ranveer aapki shadi ho gaye 3 saal, nanha sa Ranveer kab dekhne milega mere laal. (laughs)” While Govinda was left in splits, Ranveer was seen blushing and was dumbfounded for a moment. 
    He then replied, “Main aapko bataunga baad mein. (I will tell you later).” Sunia then wondered if the “good news” was on its way and she wishes that 2022 is the year they welcome a baby.

    Ranveer responded saying, “Main toh full prep mode mein hoon. Jisse bhi main advice aur tips le sakoon, le raha hoon. Baby names shortlist kar raha hoon. Main full taiyaari mode mein hoon. Main toh wait hi kar raha hoon yaar. (I am in full prep mode. I am taking tips from everyone and shortlisting baby names as well. I can’t wait to be a father.)” 

    Sunita then blessed Ranveer saying, “Ho jayega, koshish jaari rakho (You will be a father soon, keep hustling).” 
    This wasn’t all. Towards the end of the episode, Govinda said to Ranveer, “Woh jo Sunita keh rahi thi ki ek achcha sa bachcha hum Ranveer ki godi mein (dekhna chahte hain) 2022 mein. Aur kitne sundar lagte hain aap log saath mein. (As Sunita was saying, we would love to see you become a father in 2022. And how beautiful you and Deepika look together.)”

    Whenever Virat Kohli attends a press conference these days, the whole cricketing world seems to keep a close eye on him. 

    Be it his hard-hitting pre-departure media conference before the South Africa tour or his interactions with the press where we saw the light-hearted side of the India skipper, Kohli's presser always makes the headlines.
    Kohli dropped a bombshell just before leaving for the Rainbow Nation, claiming that he was informed just 90 minutes before the Test squad selection that he will not be captaining the side in the 50-over format.

    This explosive press conference became the talk of the town for several days and former cricketers, including the former head coach of the side Ravi Shastri, called for a dialogue between Ganguly and Kohli to clear the lack of communication that has caused havoc in the media.
    On Monday, Kohli was again in the firing line of questions of media and while answering a question about Rishabh Pant's shot selection, the India skipper recalled a piece of advice that was given to him by MS Dhoni.
    Kohli said Dhoni had told him in a bid to have a long career, there should be a gap of at least 7-8 months between repeating the same mistake.

    The India skipper added that he conveyed the same to Rishabh Pant while speaking to him about his shot selection during practice and he feels that the wicket-keeper will learn from his mistakes and deliver a big performance for the team.
    "We have all made mistakes in our careers, whether it is getting out due to our own mistake, due to bowler's brilliance or crumbling under pressure. As long as you are being able to identify your own mistake and trying to work on it, that is how you can succeed. I know Rishabh does that and he will learn and come up with a big performance for the team," Kohli said.
    "MS Dhoni once told me there should be a gap of at least 7-8 months between repeating the same mistake. Only then can you have a long career. This piece of advice has stuck in my system," he added.

    Kohli had missed the last Test due to a back spasm but he confirmed that he is fit to feature in the Test series decider. 
    However, fast-bowler Mohammed Siraj, who struggled with his hamstring, is not 100 per cent fit and is unlikely to make it to the final XI on Tuesday.

    We are talking about the hit movie Ajnabee starring Akshay Kumar and Bobby Deol that got famous for two things - Bipasha Basu’s horrific dance on the piano and the concept of ‘wife swapping’ that gets introduced by Akshay Kumar in a gesture that went on to become iconic.

    Turns out, something similar has transpired in real life as a wife-swapping racket has genuinely been uncovered through the help of social media where police found almost 5000 couples involved in this racket.

    The arrest took place on Sunday in the Karukachal town of Kerala’s Kottayam district where the police arrested a man and took six others into custody for allegedly being part of a racket that included couples swapping partners for illegal sexual activities. 

    Turns out, the racket was being operated through mediums like Facebook and Telegram.
    The entire matter came to the fore after a wife had lodged a complaint with the police against her husband, accusing him of presenting her to his inline friends for such activities. 
    The police started digging into the matter and found a network operating out of Kottayam that dealt with wife-swapping. The statistics, as well as the details of this racket, have been downright horrifying.

    The 5000 people who were active on this network included several professionals, such as lawyers and doctors, who had joined using fake names and identities. 

    The activities would include wife swapping, cuckolding, threesomes and unnatural ***, according to TOI.

Almost 90% of the women are not comfortable with it, they are brainwashed into this."
    It is a shame that people would go to these lengths to force their own spouses into such a filthy business. Police are currently still investigating the matter.

    Last year, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan and his father director Rakesh Roshan had some really big news for Hindi movie buffs. 

    The duo announced the fourth instalment of the Krrish series, Krrish 4, with the movie taking the story of the masked Indian superhero ahead.

    Now, while fans, obviously, have not heard much about it since then, Rakesh has gone on to announce an update regarding the future of the film now.

    Speaking on Hrithik's birthday, Rakesh, while speaking to TOI, said that he is waiting for the right time to begin shooting for the film.
    With the film being a big-budget film, Rakesh wants everything to go perfectly and is therefore waiting for the pandemic to subside a little.
    “I am waiting for the pandemic to get over. It should settle down this year. The film that we are planning is huge. I don’t want it to get stuck. As it is, the business of films has been badly affected. So, I don’t want to jump into it. I usually spend the weekends in Lonavala. The weather is beautiful there. There’s no pollution and it’s peaceful,” said Rakesh.
    With superheroes being the current theme of films across the world, it would be a good time to actually bring Krrish into the fray.
    We've already seen what a reception Tom Holland's Spider-Man: No Way Home got in India, with Malayalam superhero film Minnal Murali also getting due recognition.

    This could definitely pave way for an established franchise like Krrish to make a comeback to cinema.

    As per a Pinkvilla report, the movie will actually also include elements of time travel which will be centred around the idea of bringing Jadoo, the alien from the first film.

While the idea of bringing Jadoo back is in place, the makers have zeroed in on the concept of time travel for this one. Krrish as a franchise has a strong sci-fi backdrop and there has been a gradual significance of time through all the films. In Koi Mil Gaya, Rohit Mehra uses his father’s equipment to communicate with Jadoo, whereas in Krrish, Rohit himself develops a time travel machine, the object of interest. Time travel will be key to the story of Krrish 4.” said a source speaking to Pinkvilla.

    This clearly has us excited and we can't wait to see Hrithik's character and Jadoo united.

    Recalling his own experience of bowling at this venue, Bhajji said that it was one venue where he always loved bowling. Not just him, most spinners loved to have a go at his track as the pitch always offered assistance to their skill sets.

    Harbhajan said that if it were up to him he would pick two spinners because the Newlands surface is best suited to spin-bowling, especially on the last three days of the match.

    Speaking on his YouTube channel, the veteran spinner said: “Cape Town will present India with their biggest chance of winning this series. It is very important for India to play two spinners here. I believe that on this pitch, spinners have always enjoyed a lot of assistance.”
    “Every time I have played here, my best figures have come at this venue. I picked up seven wickets in an innings in Cape Town. Even other spinners have performed well. So India too, I feel, should field two spinners at this venue. Who partners Ashwin from the other end is something Rahul Dravid and the team management will have to discuss,” he said, recalling his own experiences of bowling in Cape Town.

    However, the supporters weren’t happy with The Turbanator’s advice and they didn’t buy into his idea of entering the match with two spinners. Some fans even argued how he could assess the nature of the pitch without having a look at the 22-yard strip.

    While others discarded his advice saying that besides Ashwin there was no world-class spinner in the squad, hence there was no use of picking two spinners just for the sake of it.

    Besides Ashwin, the only other specialist spinner in the squad is Jayant Yadav, who offers no variety at all.

    At an event for the physically challenged in 2010, Salman took a jibe at Hrithik's film, Guzaarish as reported by Hindustan Times and said, “Arre, usme toh makhi udd rahi thi, lekin koi machhar bhi nahi gaya dekhne. Arre, koi kutta bhi nahin gaya (There was a fly buzzing around in the film but not even a mosquito went to watch it. Not even a dog went to watch it).”

    It did hurt Hrithik’s sentiments and he did not appreciate how Salman took a potshot at his movie and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. In an interview with Times Of India, he said, “I’ve always known Salman to be a good man, someone I’ve looked up to and admired and still do. He’s always been a hero and always will be. But yes, it’s not heroic to laugh or make fun of a filmmaker just because his box office collections are not up there with yours. Guzaarish is a super success in its own way. And I will be hurt if anyone talks like this about Mr Bhansali.”

    He went on to add, “In my opinion a hero never gloats. When you are super successful, it should in fact make you more gracious and loving.  This is the time one should use to turn even enemies into friends...just give love, not laugh at others. By the time I finish this sentence, I have already forgiven his words, because I know deep inside he only has love for me and this must have been just a momentary lapse of judgement. Will expect a big hug the next time I meet him.” 
    We totally respect how Hrithik chose to reply with dignity and not use nasty words. 
    In 2011, Hrithik came on Koffee With Karan and again the topic of their verbal war was indirectly brought up by Karan. During the rapid fire round, when asked what he would take away from Salman if he was a real-life superhero, Hrithik said, “You know, everyone loves him but he feels everyone is conspiring against him, so I think there is a ‘victim syndrome’ which I will take away.”
