Yuvraj Singh is one of the finest cricketers that India has produced. His aggressive style of playing on field has been a key player in helping the team win many matches. While his fielding capabilities on the field were impeccable, looks like the handsome cricketer took a while before he could find the love to field in his real life.Β
Here are 4 women he dated before finding love in Hazel Keech:
1. Kim SharmaIn the early years of his cricket innings, Yuvi and actress Kim Sharma were in a serious relationship that lasted for over 4 years. According to reports, the two broke up because his family didnβt approve much of the relationship and then they both moved on.

2. Deepika PadukoneNot many people remember but Yuvi and Deepika bonded over the common fact that they belong to sports backgrounds. According to reports, it was a fleeting affair. Addressing their break up, Yuvraj once said in an interview, "I had just come back from South Africa and we met through common friends in Mumbai. We liked each other and wanted to know more. We didn't spend enough time with each other to know if it was going to be a long-term thing. As things turned out she moved on and so did I."

3. Neha DhupiaThe cricketer and the actress were rumored to be in a steady relationship and sparked relationship rumors when in 2014, they both came together for Sophie Chaudharyβs birthday party. The two have remained friends and Neha even attended his wedding.

4. Riya SenYuvraj and Riyaβs rumored romance was supposed to be a short term affair. The two apparently met at a party and gelled well which led them dating each other for a short while.

Hollywoodβs IT couple Tom Holland and Zendaya are quashing unnecessary dialogue around their height difference on the front foot, calling out the stereotype of men needing to be taller than their partners a βstupid assumption.β
Β© Reuters
The pair were first seen together on-screen in 2017βs Spiderman: Homecoming, where Tom played the webbed crusader, and Zendaya played MJ, Spideyβs traditional love interest. With the third installment of the Spiderman series - Spiderman: No Way Home - right around the corner, the power couple scoffed at all the attention given to their height difference, in an interview with SiriusXM. Holland said, βSheβs not that much taller than me, letβs just put this out there,β he added that thinking their heights would affect their relationship was a βstupid assumptionβ.
.@TomHolland1996 agrees β let women be tall! Check out the @SpiderManMovie Town Hall with Tom, @Zendaya, and Jacob Batalon and hosted by @JessicaShaw Tuesday, 12/14, on @SiriusXMStars. https://t.co/2saafK6VII pic.twitter.com/OHgHlcR7iC
β SiriusXM (@SIRIUSXM) December 10, 2021 Zendaya stands just a couple of inches taller than Tom, at 5 ft 10 inches in comparison to his 5 ft 8 inches.Β

The Dune actress opened up about how she never cared about dating someone shorter than her because it was normalized for her from a young age. Zendaya said. βMy mum is taller than my dad. I honestly never thought of it as a thing because my parents were always that way, so I didnβt know that people cared. I had no concept of it.β, she added, βThis is normal too.β
In India as well, men dating someone taller than them is often seen as taboo. In cis-heterenormative relationships, both men and women are guilty of being uncomfortable in such an equation, where the former is afraid to look "less dominant" than the latter, while taller women are subjected to ridicule when their partners end up being shorter than them; for some reason, a manβs manhood is questioned if their partner towers them.
Most of our Bollywood superstars boast of an average height. A quick google search will show that Salman, Ranveer, Shah Rukh, Aamir, Shahid, and Saif all fall tall between 5 ft 5 inches to 5 ft 9 inches. But you wonβt be able to tell the difference when theyβre on-screen next to a taller actress, as the male actors are made to stand on apple boxes for scenes, lest someone finds out theyβre shorter than the leading lady. Apparently, thatβs a huge issue for the desi junta.
Tom and Zendayaβs height difference has been a topic of much discussion, debates, and jest, and weβre glad that the celebrity couple is taking these issues head-on without a care of what people think about their relationship.
Hereβs hoping that Indian celebrities take a cue from Holland and Zendaya, and start calling out such silly and outdated standards of male desirability.Β

Bollywood has long been home to various filmy dynasties. There exist the Kapoors, the Khans and the Dutts, among others. And the common assumption is that life is easy once youβre born into such a clan.Β
Abhay Deol is from one such filmy gharana. The Deols are no spring chickens, their name has been held in high regard in Bollywood since the 60s, thanks to the cinematic exploits of their patriarch, Dharmendra (Dharam Deol).Β

The Deols had come to espouse the tough, rugged men from Bollywoodβs halcyon years. With Abhayβs cousins Bobby and Sunny toeing the line set by their father, Dharmendra.Β
But, Abhay Deol has always been different from the rest of his tribe. Whether it be through his artistic choices or his outspoken, yet articulate public persona, the younger Deol seemed to be cut from a different kind of cloth.Β

In a recent interview Abhay put words to his insecurities and revealed how he never reached out to cousins Sunny and Bobby Deol for professional help even when his career was suffering.Β
The Dev.D actor has long forged a reputation as an experimental actor, the poster boy of alternative cinema in the 2000s. But as we all know, Bollywood often tends to reward formulaic, masala cinema, which Abhay finds little to no interest in, and thus he ended up with little to no work.

Films like Oye Lucky Lucky Oye, Dev.D and Manorama 6 Feet Under achieved cult status, but they werenβt the commercially viable cinema that the majority of Bollywood producers chased after.Β
It was heartening to learn that Abhay Deol laid bare his diffidence in a recent interview with RJ Siddharth Kannan. He revealed how he used to view asking for help as a symptom of βweaknessβ, which is why he found it difficult to reach out to his cousins, Bobby and Sunny.Β
He said, βI had always thought that to reach out is to be weak, handle it yourself. I no longer believe that, of course. But I think my lows were low because I never reached out to anyone. I always tried to handle things on my own.βΒ
Abhay does clarify that age has helped him change his perspective on such affairs, where he feels less pressure in asking for help.Β
Β© Abhay Deol
The Aisha actor said,βNow, the thing is, Iβve reached a point in my life where the highs and lows donβt affect me as much. Because Iβve been at it for a while. Iβve been on my own when Iβve been down low, and Iβve been on my own when Iβve been up high. All I know is that I donβt want to be on my own. Thatβs it. Being high, being low doesnβt matter. Itβs just in communion, in community, having your tribe. Iβve been very fortunate. I met some wonderful people along the way. I have my community; some are family, some are friends like family.βΒ
More power to Abhay Deol for expressing his challenges with reaching out to help as it is something that the average desi guy faces as well.
Keeping up a strong front is something that men in India are expressly encouraged to do.Β
Itβs time we left behind certain traditions in the past.Β
