Sushmita Sen’s fans are eagerly waiting for the second season of her hit show, Aarya and finally, the wait is over as the makers have dropped the trailer of the second season of the show. If you have seen the first season, you saw Sushmita’s character’s metamorphosis as she had to fight her own family to protect her kids after her husband was brutally murdered. The last season ended with Sushmita trying to leave the country with her children.

Now, in the second season, we see her back in the country to fight for her own rights. The first season ended on a cliffhanger and looks like Season 2 has all the answers. Sharing the trailer, Sushmita wrote in the caption, "#officialtrailer THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE. Soooooo happy to bring AARYA back to you!!! This season, her weakness is her greatest strength. Sherni aarahi hai. #AaryaIsBack."
    Here’s the trailer:

Apart from Sushmita, the series will also star Vikas Kumar, Jayant Kripalani, Sikander Kher, Vishwajeeth Pradhan, Ankur Bhatia, Pratyaksh Panwar, and Viren Vazirani. Going by the trailer, we can say that it’s filled with more drama, action, and spine-chilling sequences. Aarya is juggling between how to give it back to the Russian mafia and how to take revenge for all her miseries.
People are rooting for the trailer and are loving how Sushmita is back with her brilliant acting skills. One of the social media users wrote, “Give this woman the Oscar already or whatever prestigious awards are there for acting.” People are calling it a masterpiece.

Talking about the character, Sushmita told ANI, “I feel prior to Aarya, I was kind of an actor, on the personal front also, I faced quite a lot of challenges and a challenging 5 years period at the end of it. I felt like the Universe had to reward me because I've worked so hard to get there! And I can call Aarya that reward! It came at the right time, not just on a professional level.”
Sushmita added, "Playing Aarya has been a worthy experience and to do so successfully, showcasing the relationship of a mother and of a woman who can hold the family together, even if the family belongs to the underworld and Drug Mafia, you glue it all together. I think Aarya changed my life on many levels. It was an exciting and lovely series as an actor to be a part of. I think it was an all-around experience which has changed my life for the better, for sure."

Earlier in an interview with India Today, Aarya's director Ram Madhvani revealed that Aarya was supposed to be a film but it got dropped. He said, “Aarya was supposed to be made into a movie and it didn’t happen. It got dropped a month before and on September 13, at 2 o’clock when I was told it won’t work as a movie, I told myself I will cry till 2 o’clock on September 14, and then I said enough, I am done with crying and that’s when Neerja got made.”

As India took on New Zealand in the first Test in Kanpur without several first-choice players, the  fans and experts found themselves in a dilemma whether to be happy with the youngsters getting a chance or be worried about the absence of some of the star players.
Over the next five days, we will get to know if their absence has any adverse impact on the team’s performance or if the youngsters like Mayank Agarwal, Shubman Gill and Shreyas Iyer grab the opportunities with both hands and fill in their boots perfectly.

Even if they do justify their selection, most fans are definitely going to be missing India’s regular Test skipper but only for his batting skills, nothing else because everything else has been taken good care of in his absence.
With Virat Kohli not walking out for the toss in the last couple of weeks, it seems like India’s bad luck has faded away and winning the toss isn’t an anomaly anymore. The fact that the hosts have won four tosses in a row in the last couple of weeks, has left everyone amazed, including former India fast bowlers Zaheer Khan and New Zealand all-rounder Jimmy Neesham.

Rohit Sharma won the toss on all three occasions in the T20I series and now stand-in skipper Ajinkya Rahane () has won the toss in the opening Test.
Taking to the micro-blogging site, the former left-arm pacer said that he still couldn’t believe that India won three out of three tosses in the recent series. Sharing a light-hearted message he joked if the coins had some kind of secret chip inside them.
Still can't believe India won three out of three tosses in the recent series. Did the coins have a secret chip, just like the currency notes?

Just kidding, can you recall more such rare moments?

PS: Only Cricketers can reply #Rario

“Still can't believe India won three out of three tosses in the recent series. Did the coins have a secret chip, just like the currency notes? Just kidding, can you recall more such rare moments? PS: Only Cricketers can reply,” Zaheer Khan tweeted.
Can somebody take a closer look at those coins please? #INDvNZ
    — Jimmy Neesham (@JimmyNeesh) November 25, 2021
After the Blackcaps lost their fourth consecutive toss on the ongoing tour, a disappointed Neesham tweeted: “Can somebody take a closer look at those coins please?”.
The Indian fans, who had been at the receiving end of such bad luck for a long time, consoled the Kiwi all-rounder by saying that don’t worry, Kohli will return in the next match and with that India’s good fortune will be over.
Virat's coming back for the 2nd Test, so you'll win the next toss don't worry!!

Here’s the trailer of the Tamil movie:

Do you think Varun’s Bhediya poster is inspired by this Tamil movie? Let us know in the comments section below.
Produced by Dinesh Vijan, Bhediya has been directed by Amar Kaushik, of Stree fame. In a statement, Amar said, “Bhediya is a tale filled with awe-inspiring imagery. Each and every member of the cast and crew knew that we were crafting something very special. It’s not just the path-breaking VFX; the film is a feast for the eyes in every aspect possible.”
A source close to the production team told Pinkvilla, “Bhediya is high on VFX films with the makers trying to introduce the Indian audience to a completely new and different world. They have shot extensively at real locations in Arunachal Pradesh and the forests around. While the shoot is wrapped up, it’s currently in the post-production stage. The visual effects are being done by MPC (Moving Picture Company), who have worked on films like 1917, The Jungle Book, The Lion King, Harry Potter, and Justice League among others.”
The film is set to release in theatres on November 25, 2022.

The much awaited trailer of Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush and Akshay Kumar starrer Atrangi Re released and immediately drew some mixed responses. The trailer shows Akshay being Sara’s love interest, which is okay, but the audience is now getting tired of the ‘older man dating younger woman’ narrative in Bollywood movies.
    View this post on Instagram
While Dhanush is over 12 years older than Sara, Akshay Kumar is around 28 years older than her. Now one can argue that in the world of art and cinema, age is nothing, which is fine, but the viewers are probably irked with B-town directors not opting for actors who are age appropriate.
Addressing this issue and the flak that the director Anand L Rai has been receiving for this, he spoke about how people are super judgemental. "Atrangi means funnily weird. If a filmmaker shows patience in making a film, it’s his small expectation that people wait and understand the reason behind such a cast. We have a habit of judging people. I want people to watch the film for two hours and react to it thereafter. I am not worried as a filmmaker. I am not here to make formulaic films. If I go wrong, I can be critiqued. People who make cinema learn with every effort. With every success, I learn what’s right. With every failure, I learn what went wrong”.

Well this isn’t the first time when a lead actor is going to romance a lady who is almost half his age, but that’s Bollywood for you.

Lays brand has been ill famous for filling their packets with more air than chips. Call it capitalism or packaging strategy, you only find a handful of potato chips in a huge bag of Lays. We have made peace with it because the masaledar content of the pack is totally worth it. Plus, it has better air quality than most of India’s big cities, so can’t really say no to that.

    © Reuters
However, have you ever bought a packet of Lays and got more than you expected? Well, this lucky guy did and took no time to share it on social media. He bought a Rs. 5 pack of Lays Classic Salted flavour (yellow Lays as the desis call it) that claimed it has 40% more chips. And, it came with six whole chips. Must have been his lucky day.

    © Twitter
The Twitter user posted a picture of the chips and wrote in the caption, “₹ 5 wale lays mei 6 chips hai” There are 6 chips in Rs. 5 pack of Lays). People on Twitter are happy for him. However, some started doing the math since the pack says 40% more and wondered how many would have come if it didn’t offer the extra percentage. And, the results are surprising.

    — Sanjeevisms (@Sanjeev_Sings) November 23, 2021Wonder how many chips would be there if it was a regular pack and not the 40% more? https://t.co/qf9qas9wHa
    — Pranaya Rajbhandari (@rbpr16) November 24, 2021It actually needed to have 4.28 chips earlier for 40% more to be equal to 6
    — Irrelevant Teen (@joyshitpost) November 23, 2021 Others could relate and shared their experience saying they got three, sometimes two chips in a pack.

    — Europe ke Champions bc (@ShivamFL8) November 23, 2021 However, the OP was more elated to find that all the chips were unbroken and whole.

    — 𝕾𝖆𝖒 (@samsarcastix) November 23, 2021Even after duping us for years and giving much less than we pay for, Lays remains one of the most popular and loved chips brands and favourite snack for desis. Or is it because it gives free fresh air which is more expensive and rare to find in India these days?

Whatever it is, we are happy for the guy who got an extra ‘unbroken’ potato chip in his Lays packet.
