As the wedding season descends upon us, we are already brimming with news of either newly married couples or those who are on the precipice of tying the knot (whether they admit it or not).
And the first ones to kickstart this season are none other than the Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai, a woman who has inspired thousands with her tales of courage and words of wisdom, along with husband Asser Malik.
Today marks a precious day in my life.
Asser and I tied the knot to be partners for life. We celebrated a small nikkah ceremony at home in Birmingham with our families. Please send us your prayers. We are excited to walk together for the journey ahead.

Malala recently posted a picture of the two of them, looking at each other with dreamy eyes, somehow delivering the message that there is both - love and light at the end of the tunnel.
And as much as we were happy with the news of her getting married, we were also curious to find out more about the guy.
Turns out, Asser Malik is a General Manager High Performance for the Pakistan Cricket Board, however, that is not what caught our eye.
What did, was a picture of the happy couple from a few years ago, with none other than Bollywood’s superstar Shah Rukh Khan photobombing the two!
Happy Birthday to the most amazing @Malala @iamsrk had to make a necessary cameo of course. pic.twitter.com/kSFBgSqzVz
    — Asser Malik (@MalikAsser) July 12, 2021
Upon a little digging into the guy, Internet users found a rather startling picture of Malala and Asser with a life-size cut out of Shah Rukh Khan, captioned, “Happy Birthday to the most amazing @Malala @iamsrk had to make a necessary cameo of course."
Safe to say the newlywed couple is an SRK fan and we love it!
Malala and Asser got married in a ceremony in Birmingham, England which is where Malala’s family moved to after she was shot by the Taliban in Pakistan for speaking up for girls’ right to education.
She was 15 when she was shot, and by 17 she won a Nobel prize.

Malala is 24-years-old now and married to Asser Malik who works as a manager for Pakistan’s governing body for cricket, according to his LinkedIn profile and graduated from Pakistan’s Lahore University of Management Sciences in 2012.

Team India is undergoing a major overhaul after the disappointing ouster from the T20 World Cup 2021 with Virat Kohli stepping down from the position of the captain in the format and Ravi Shastri’s head coach tenure coming to an end.
One of the best and most important things that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) could do at the moment is to learn from the loss and make necessary changes in order to avoid such a result in future. And to give credit where it is due, the Indian cricket board has decided to do exactly that.
    View this post on Instagram
According to some of the senior players of the team such as Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja and Jasprit Bumrah, as well as the former head coach, Ravi Shastri, one of the major reasons behind India’s surprisingly bad performance in the first two matches of the World Cup was owed to the mental fatigue that players were feeling because of excessive workload and the bio-bubble culture that they were induced in without much of a break in the middle.
“I don’t read too much into Virat’s form. I don’t care who the player is. If you put even Don Bradman in the bubble, his average will come down. Eventually, the bubble will burst,” Shastri had said after an early end to India’s T20 World Cup campaign.
    View this post on Instagram
Therefore, the new head coach Rahul Dravid and the BCCI have decided to make an interesting change in their process to team selection ahead of every series and ICC tournament from this point onwards.
Based on a report by The Indian Express, at the time of his interview for the position of head coach, Dravid had spoken about the need to manage the players’ workload more effectively. The Indian cricket board has taken his thoughts into consideration and have even acted upon them.
    View this post on Instagram
“The BCCI will decide on which player needs to be rested depending on how much cricket is being played. We are aware of the fatigue issue. The player who has been rested will get his place back in the team even if the replacement does well,” an official was quoted as saying.
While the explanation of this new move looks effective and makes sense on paper, the very important point which now arises is about the lack of opportunities that performing players might face when the teammate they had replaced gets his rest and wishes to make a return to the squad.
    View this post on Instagram
The bottom line however remains that the bio-bubble culture can certainly get overwhelming and regardless of how strong-willed you are, it is bound to impact your performance and behaviour on and off the field.

Ayushmann Khurrana started his journey with Roadies and soon went on to become a radio jockey. But he always knew his calling and he finally entered the world of cinema with Shoojit Sircar’s Vicky Donor in 2012. Now, he is one of the most bankable actors and the directors want to work with him because of his versatility. He can puff off everything with ease. From playing a cop to a typical boy next-door, he has given us many praiseworthy performances in these nine years.

Khurrana was born and brought up in Chandigarh and now, he is gearing up for a movie release that’s based in his hometown. His movie Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui tries to challenge the stereotypical notion of a Bollywood love story. The trailer shows the romantic journey of Ayushmann’s character who's a fitness trainer and Vaani, who plays a Zumba instructor. The two fall in love almost instantly but things go downhill after Ayushmann’s character gets to know that Vaani’s character is a trans woman.

At the trailer launch, he talked about how difficult it is to date in the city of Chandigarh and in fact, admitted that he was caught by the police while he was on a date.
Speaking about the incident, he shared, “Chandigarh mein police ka darr hua hota hai. I remember we were shooting at Sukhna Lake and we were filming a date scene and I was hoping the police doesn’t catch us. That has happened to me in the past. Agar public place mein aap agar apni girlfriend ke saath hote ho toh phir aapko police pakad ke le jaati hai. I don’t know itne pyaar ke dushmann kyun hote hai police waale but yeh film dekhne ke baad pyaar ke dushmann bhi pyaar se pyaar karne lagenge aur aashiqui karne lagenge. I think Chandigarh Ke Aashiq itne alag kyun hote hai kyunki who police se bhi, guard se bhi (nikal jaate hai).”

Coming back to the movie, it’s directed by Kai Po Che fame Abhishek Kapoor. At the launch, the director said, "I am a Punjabi and I have made films in Gujarat, Kashmir, and Mumbai. Mere andar ka Punjabi wanted to do a film that's set in Punjab and has the local flavours. I am happy that I got to make this film. And by the way, the title of the film was suggested by Ayushmann, which I thought was very apt."

What more is there to learn about condoms? I wear it. I use it. I discard it. Repeat.

    Turns out, a lot.
Male condoms are one of the most commonly used forms of birth control and protection against STIs. Condoms are simple, but it’s also easy to use them the wrong way if you’ve never read the instruction sheet.
    © Make A Gif
While it doesn’t have all the details, it has enough information to make *** safer. So let’s talk more about how to use a condom properly.

    1. Check the Expiration DateFDA makes sure that the expiration date is mentioned on the packet and for a good reason. Before opening the box, check the expiration date.
When a condom gets old, is expired or stored incorrectly, the latex break down. This increases the risk of pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections even when you wear a condom during intercourse.
Assess the packet for holes and tears as well and toss it if you notice any other signs of wear regardless of its expiration date.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2160__
    2. Wash Hands Before Opening the CondomCondom packets are easy to open but you should wash your hands when you’re tearing them open.
This is especially important if you’ve been touching yourself or your partner intimately before intercourse. The bodily fluids you have on your hands can contaminate the condom.
After washing your hands, tear open the package along the corner or edge. Avoid using fingernails, scissors or any other sharp object as you may end up ripping the condom along with the wrapper.
    __ECOMPRODUCT__2143__
    3. Look for Air Bubbles © iStock
An air bubble is specifically added to the condom to protect it from damage. If you can feel the bubble, it means there aren’t any holes in the packaging and the condom is intact.

Check for the bubble by gently squeezing the package between your thumb and first finger.
    4. There’s A Correct Side of Condom © iStock
Unroll the condom a bit to check for the rim. It should be rolling up on the outside, shouldn’t be tucked underneath. You should have to stick your finger inside the condom to unroll.

If you can roll the condom down over the ***** easily, you know you’ve got the right side. If you’ve accidentally put your condom inside out, take it off and throw it. Use a fresh one.
    5. Release the Trapped Air & Make Room Before Putting the Condom OnIf the tip of the condom feels like an inflated balloon after you wear it, it’s likely because of the air trapped inside. Leaving it there can increase the risk of the condom breaking during ***.
Place your hands around the ***** and gently smoothen out the condom from tip to base to release the air. You can prevent this by adding a little lube to the tip of the condom before putting it on.
Pinch the tip of the condom with your fingers as you place it on. Doing so will ensure the space for fluid released during ejaculation. Without it, the condom could break.

    __ECOMPRODUCT__2484__
    6. Wear the Condom All the Way © iStock
After placing the condom on your *****, unroll it fully to cover the shaft. Doing this can help reduce the risk of STDs that are transferred from skin to skin, such as syphilis.

It will also keep the condom from slipping over and over again. If the condom feels tight or doesn’t cover the whole shaft, you need to use a different size. A condom too small or too large isn’t the safest option.
    7. Hold the Condom While Withdrawing © iStock
Condoms should be removed carefully after ejaculation before the ***** becomes less erect. Hold onto the condom at the base to keep the ejaculate inside as you withdraw the ***** from the vagina, anus or mouth.

If it slides off in your partner, twist the open end of the condom before removing it. If condoms aren’t withdrawn carefully, they’re likely to leak.
The BottomlineTo sum it up, condoms are an effective form of birth control and a protective tool against STDs, when used properly.
It’s a good idea to wrap a used condom in toilet paper or tissue before throwing it into the trash can. Do not flush it through the toilet. It can clog pipes.

A lot has happened over the weekend, especially with regards to the Indian cricket team and the ‘former’ captain of the Men in Blue in the T20I format of the game, Virat Kohli, who ended his reign on a rather disappointing note as India got knocked out of the T20 World Cup 2021 in the Super 12 round.
However, shortly after India’s end to the World Cup campaign following their irrelevant win against Namibia, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) revealed their squad for the upcoming bilateral series between India and New Zealand on home soil, in the second half of November.
    View this post on Instagram
Leading the Indian squad as the captain Rohit Sharma will have some rather interesting and upcoming names to command against the Black Caps, including CSK opener Ruturaj Gaikwad, KKR hitter Venkatesh Iyer and an in-form Yuzvendra Chahal alongside the dark horse of white-ball cricket in India, Ravichandran Ashwin.
However, the biggest name of them all, Virat Kohli was nowhere to be found in the squad and it was later declared that the former skipper was given some time off the field to unwind after a disappointing end to his tenure as the team leader following the World Cup debacle.
This was enough ammunition for the haters of the elite Indian batter to start throwing shade on his career and begging the Indian cricket board to make him sit out of the squad for the rest of his days.
    Kolly should be permanently rested

    — Zarb e Haider (@iAhmadMukhtar) November 9, 2021Many are calling Virat Kohli’s resignation as the Indian captain as the beginning of a new era for the Men in Blue, not only because of the fact that Rohit Sharma will not be leading the side but also because Sharma’s ascension to the top has also coincided with former Indian skipper Rahul Dravid taking over the position of the Indian head coach following the end of Ravi Shastri’s tenure.
The T20I series followed by the Test series against Kane Williamson’s side will be the first assessment of the new Captain-Coach duo of Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid and even though there are certain players whom fans would have loved to see, including Ravi Bishnoi and Sanju Samson, the dynamics of the new-look roster can be the exciting new start that Indian fans needed following the sad ouster.

The BCCI is once again being criticised for differentiating between players from different regions of the country after they announced the Indian squad for the upcoming T20I and Test series against New Zealand but wicket-keeper and batter Sanju Samson was nowhere to be found.
On Tuesday, the Indian cricket board revealed the 15-man roster which will see Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid assume the new roles as the Indian skipper and head coach, respectively. Many are also calling this a new era of the Men in Blue.
    View this post on Instagram
However, it seems as if Kerala captain Sanju Samson has no place in the squad, even in the new era as relatively new names seemed to have replaced his spot. New batters who showed immense potential in the shortest format of the game during the latest season of the Indian Premier League, including Ruturaj Gaikwad and Venkatesh Iyer, were given the pass.
I don't know why bcci isn't backing or picking sanju samson he has performed consitantly in ipl and smat they say that he is inconsistent but what about now? Why he is being ignored #justiceforsanjusamson pic.twitter.com/unAUAhKZtW
    — ~𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐚™ (@RoyalHydra119) November 9, 2021
With 635 runs in just 16 matches playing for Chennai Super Kings, Gaikwad’s efforts to own the orange cap at the end of the tournament was acknowledged by the BCCI when he got picked to play against the Black Caps.
On the other hand, Kolkata Knight Riders’ Iyer, who played a crucial role in helping his struggling side qualify for the Playoffs and make it to the final, and scoring 370 runs in 10 matches and surprised everyone with his debut season in the league.
The Way You have backed Rishabh, why BCCI Is unable to back Samson? #JusticeForSanjuSamson #SanjuSamson @IamSanjuSamson pic.twitter.com/6GQ752penK
    — India Our Home (@IndiaOurHome1) November 9, 2021
Interestingly, Rajasthan Royals skipper Sanju Samson, who had a consistent season individually, even though his team struggled to keep itself afloat, managed to score 484 runs off 10 matches, including a stunning 119-run innings against Punjab Kings. His performance during the Indian T20 league had given his fans the faith that he was going to be a sure-shot pick for Team India, at least in the shortest format of the game, if not others.
Furthermore, Samson is having an incredible run at the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy tournament where he’s recently wreaked havoc against Delhi, scoring 56 runs in just 33 deliveries in what was a match-inning stint in the middle.
Had @IamSanjuSamson Sanju Samson been playing for Mumbai or Delhi he would have made the Indian team selected by the biased @chetans1987 every time. It's because these "selectors" only selects from their biased places alone we're loosing a lot of talented players
    — Nanban (@nanbanism) November 9, 2021
Having said that, Samson has a bad record when it comes to international, bilateral series especially against teams like Australia, Sri Lanka and New Zealand but his fans suggest that the lack of form comes from the irregularity with which he’s given the opportunity to prove his worth in an Indian jersey.
As a result, shortly after the new Indian squad was announced, the hashtag #JusticeForSanjuSamson began to trend on Twitter:
    Rohit sharma till 2013

He was also useless like sanju but dhoni backed him
Now he should also back sanju in t20Is but he is biased towards mumbai players #JusticeForSanjuSamson pic.twitter.com/6Mw56gRa4W

Sanju started playing IPL at the age of 18 also won the emerging player award. He is now 26!
If groomed earlier he could hv been our no4.
