    The much-awaited trailer of Ayushmann Khurrana and Vaani Kapoor’s upcoming film, Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui was released yesterday, November 8 and people are loving the vibe of it. It’s not your usual love story as it’s a gender-bending romance. While entertaining the audience, it also raises an important issue. The movie stars Ayushmann as fitness trainer Manvinder Munjal who is training for a weightlifting championship and Vaani Kapoor as a Zumba instructor he falls in love with.
    Here’s the trailer:

    Ayushmann is basically your typical 'gym bro’ who wants to make it big before he finally decides to get married. However, his ideology of not falling in love changes when he meets Maanvi Brar played by Vaani. Unfortunately, things go downhill for Manvinder when he gets to know Maanvi is a trans woman.
    Well, the movie is trying to initiate a dialogue but while watching the trailer again, we realized that it has also given us a glimpse of the stereotypical men we have met in our lives through Ayushmann’s character.

    When we first see him in the trailer, we get a fair idea that he is a typical ‘gym guy' who’s obsessed with his workout and does it in a particular fashion. He is also into showing off his muscles and knows that he wants to make a career in fitness. Let’s not deny the fact that we haven’t come across such guys in our gym. Ayushmann has perfectly lifted the mannerisms and we are truly impressed.

    Virat Kohli might have closed his T20I captaincy chapter with a dominant nine-wicket win over minnows Namibia in the last group match of the T20 World Cup but it wasn’t the ideal end.
    Unlike Test cricket, where he guided the team to some historic and memorable victories, the same can’t be said about his white-ball captaincy as people always criticise him for not winning any ICC trophy.

    He entered the tournament hoping to break that jinx but a couple of bad days in the office and the team was knocked out of the tournament. His millions of fans, who wanted him to end his T20 captaincy tenure with a silverware, were left disappointed but no one is more disappointed than India’s modern-day great.

    After the match, ‘King Kohli’ penned a heartfelt message for his fans and the supporters of the Indian cricket team and expressed how gutted he was with India’s early exit from the tournament.     Kohli led India in exactly 50 matches and emerged victorious in 32 games and lost 16 matches, while two matches failed to yield any result.
    During his tenure, he also became the only Asian skipper to win bi-lateral T20 series in SENA countries (South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia).

    The last concert that I attended, sadly, was years ago in the city of Mumbai when Coldplay had come down to play for the Global Citizen Festival. 
    I flew down from Delhi, because it’s not every day that you get to see Chris Martin perform alongside A R Rahman, Jay Z and well the king of Bollywood - Shah Rukh Khan. Safe to say, it was magical.

    And while most people who attend concerts do so with a similar hope of experiencing that kind of magic, there have been times when such events turned out to be tragedies instead of the joyful nights one had hoped them to be.

    Here are the 5 most horrifying concerts where people ended up losing their lives:
    1) Astroworld - Nov 5, 2021
    As a crowd gathered for Travis Scott at the Astroworld concert in Houston, Texas with over 50,000 people attending, no one would have thought that a dream come true for these fans would soon turn into a nightmare.  
    With thousands of fans pushing each other, a stampede developed when the crowd started pushing people towards the stage.  
    As ‘people began to drown in other people’ several people started getting crushed as 8 ultimately lost their lives in this stampede while many others suffered serious injuries.  
    2) Ariana Grande Concert - May 22, 2017 
    A wave of terror went through people who attended this concert and those who saw the clips from it after Ariana Grande’s concert at Britain's Manchester Arena was attacked by a suicide bomber who ended up detonating his vest and killing 22 innocent people.
    Since the pop star’s fan base is primarily of young girls and teenagers, many among the 22 killed with the suicide bombing were young children and women. 
    It was a terrible incident, one that then turned into sheer panic followed by a stampede, resulting in many more severely injured. 
    3) Love Parade - July 24, 2010
    A popular and famous electronic dance music (EDM) festival that was being held in Duisburg, Germany in 2010 was supposed to host 200,000 people but on the day of the concert, was flooded with a whopping 1.4 million fans.  
    It was during the concert when people were trying to pass through the underpass tunnel at the Love Parade that a stampede broke out, as people tripped off stairs, pushed each other and drowned in the crowd.  
    500 people were injured while 21 lost their lives and all of the autopsies revealed that the common cause of death was crushed ribs and asphyxiation.  
    Love Parade was permanently cancelled after this tragedy. 
    4) Great White Concert - February 20, 2003 
    A concert that was being held at The Station nightclub in West Warwick, Rhode Island, United States, resulted in killing 100 people after the pyrotechnics were set off by the tour manager of the Great White band.  
    The sparks ignited flammable acoustic foam in the walls and ceilings and within minutes people were looking at a full-blown fire with a room that was now covered with black smoke and hundreds of people trying to run to save their lives.  
    230 people were injured and 100 killed in that fire, as the tour manager for Great White was sentenced to prison on account of involuntary manslaughter.  
    5) Mawazine Festival - May 23, 2009  © Twitter
    A nine-day festival that was taking place in Morocco and had several great artists like Stevie Wonder, Kylie Minogue, and Ennio Morricone playing, also ended in a tragedy as a stampede developed on the very last day of the concert.  

    Turns out, several exits were closed and fans were also too eager as they climbed fences and pushed to make way, which ultimately resulted in 11 people dying.

    Allow us to help you out here. When you’re looking for “the one”, think about the purpose. Are you buying the condom as contraception, for protection from STIs or *** play? And then, check FDA approvals
    Be aware of the materials in the condom to avoid allergic reactions for you and your partner. 
    Let’s talk about the different types of condoms and how they work to figure out which one is more suited for you.
    1. Latex CondomsLatex condoms hit the least expensive mark and are most widely available. They’re made from natural rubber. 
    Latex condoms can effectively prevent sexually transmitted infections and unwanted pregnancy when used correctly.
    People who are allergic to rubber can’t use latex condoms as they can cause itchiness and rashes. Latex condoms may also become slippery and slide off if used with oil-based lubricants, vaseline or baby oil. So use water-based lubricants instead.

    2. Thin & Ultra-Thin CondomsThese condoms are made with thinner latex and allow more sensation during intercourse. They’re unlikely to break and are effective for preventing unwanted pregnancy and STIs.
    Thin & Ultra-thin condoms are available with or without lubrication and come in various sizes and shapes, such as flared and straight-walled.
    However, the thickness of a condom is a personal preference but some men choose thicker condoms so that intercourse lasts longer.

    If a condom is too small, it can tear or irritate and if it’s too large, it can slip off easily. This is why the fit of the condom you purchase is very important for the experience you’re about to have. 

    If you’re not allergic to rubber, latex condoms are a good place to start as they are the stretchiest. 
    The best way to check the size is by trying one on as different brands can label sizes differently. But if you’re a math genius, measure the ***** when it is erect to check the length, girth and width. You can determine width by dividing girth by 3.14.

    A polyisoprene is an FDA-approved form of synthetic rubber. It doesn’t contain the proteins that trigger an allergic response in latex. 

    Condoms made from this material are soft. They’re unlikely to break or tear and are as stretchy as latex condoms. They can effectively protect you against STIs and unwanted pregnancies. 
    Polyisoprene condoms are relatively thicker which is why some people may not feel comfortable using them.

    Condoms with spermicide are coated with a chemical substance that can kill sperms. The intention here is to provide additional protection against unwanted pregnancy. 

    This substance acts as a lubricant but can also irritate the vulva or the vaginal lining. The irritation can cause micro-tears in the tissue and increase the risk of contracting HIV or other STIs.

    Lambskin condoms are made with a thin membrane from a lamb’s intestine. 

    They’re now approved by FDA for preventing unwanted pregnancy and are considered as effective as latex condoms. But these are also the earliest known condoms that were being used during the Roman empire.
    As reviewed by some people, lambskin condoms transmit more body warmth and make you feel more sensations. They can be used with oil-based lubricants. 
    The problem is that lambskin is porous and can let the germs in, so it isn’t recommended for protection against STIs. They’re not as stretchy as latex and are certainly more expensive. 
    7. Polyurethane CondomsPolyurethane condoms are thinner than latex, have no odour and conduct heat better. They are not as stretchy as latex and they’re made of flexible plastic.
    Polyurethane condoms are more likely to slip and break as they fit loosely. Using them with water-based lubricant can help reduce friction and chances of breakage.

    8. Specialty CondomsThese are the fun condoms that make you feel things differently. There are many types of speciality condoms, such as warming, glow-in-the-dark, flavoured, coloured, pleasure-shaped, edible, French ticklers, the kiss of mint and more. 
    Pleasure-shaped condoms are textured, ribbed or otherwise designed to enhance pleasure. Edible condoms can be consumed and tingling pleasure condoms come in minty flavours. 
    Not all speciality condoms are designed to prevent STIs and pregnancy. So before you make the purchase, check the package to make sure condoms are FDA-approved and go through the information written about STI and HIV protection. 
    If it doesn’t match your needs, choose another type of condom.

    Despite boasting one of the strongest squads, Team India’s journey in the T20 World Cup came to an early end as it bowed out of the muti-nation event despite registering three straight wins on the trot.
    The Men in Blue began their campaign with two humiliating losses against arch-rival Pakistan and New Zealand and most fans knew it was their marching orders. 
    Since then, different people have given different excuses, some have put the blame on the bio-bubble fatigue for the team's downfall, while others have attacked the players for not playing to their potential.

    But many believe that it’s nothing but an excuse to divert the attention from players’ lacklustre performance in the marquee competition. 

    Many legends of the game like Sunil Gavaskar and Harbhajan Singh have publicly said that in a huge tournament like the World Cup, there is no room for excuses.
    Both of them are of the opinion that the only reason why India was eliminated was because of their poor batting performance in the encounters that mattered the most, and rather than giving excuses the management should’ve acknowledged that.

    While most cricket experts have failed to address the elephant in the room, legendary all-rounder and former India skipper Kapil Dev is the first high-profile name to address the main issue, without mincing any words.

    The skipper, under whom India became world champions for the first time, was disappointed with the fact that our players 'didn’t take pride in playing for the country and prioritised IPL over T20 World Cup'.

    “When players prioritise IPL over playing for the country, what can we say? Players should take pride in playing for their nation. I don't know their financial condition so can't say much,” Kapil Dev said during an interaction on ABP News.  
    “I feel that first in line should be the country's team and then franchises. I'm not saying do not play cricket there (IPL), but the responsibility is now on the BCCI to plan its cricket better,” he added.

    Even fans agreed with the former all-rounder and blamed the players for their own downfall.  

    They praised the legend for speaking against the players and showing them the mirror by highlighting their hypocrisy. 
    Finally someone showed power to speak against BCCI.
