One should always focus on important stuff before going out on a date - like where to go, what to do, and how to treat them right in order to make the whole affair really special. However, making a great first impression, and 'looking good' is equally important, when it comes to self-confidence.
via GIPHY
When you've been working out for a while and want to impress your date with 'them gains', there's absolutely nothing wrong with it. You've been working hard and a little innocent show off is just harmless, adorable even. But if there's one sad thing about the gym every man can relate to, it's the fact that your muscles seem to shrink to half the size as soon as you're out of the gym, unless you're Mr. John Abraham.
via GIPHY
But worry not, for we're here to help. Here's a sneaky, super quick last minute workout that will give you a major arm pump. The best thing? It's a no-equipment workout that can be done at home, and takes less than a total of 10 minutes. Just do that immediately before you shower and get ready for the gym, for 'optimum results'. *wink*

1. Push-ups (2-3 sets) Β© Unsplash
As we all know by now, push-ups are the best and most convenient upper body exercise, and if you were expecting it here, it just means you're smart. Push Ups will give your chest and triceps (basically the noticeable bits of your upper body) a quick pump, and will make that fitted T-shirt actually fit like it was stitched just for you.
2. Diamond Push-ups (2-3 sets) Β© iStock
When you're home and there's no gym equipment around, diamond push-ups can be your secret weapon to quickly, instantly get a massive tricep pump. Diamond pushup is a variation that requires you to keep your hands close on the ground just below your chest. Since triceps constitute about 70% of your arm musculature, we're focusing extra hard on them. This will give you that size, which will ultimately make those sleeves fit extra tight.
3. Chin-ups (2-3 sets) Β© iStock
If you have any rod to hang from, just do chin-ups to get an amazing, instant pump on your biceps. While pull-ups will also help, pull-ups will transfer some of that stress onto your back and lats, and will make your upper body look broader. With chin-ups, the arms, specifically biceps will be targeted.
Pro-Tip: What if you don't have access to a rod to hang from but want to hit your biceps at home?

This may sound ridiculous, but it's a legit hack. When you go to the bathroom to shower before the date, fill up some water in a bucket, wrap your towel around the handle, and use it like a dumbbell. Use the water level to increase or decrease the weight. Do 2-3 sets of curls with that with each hand, and you'll see a monstrous pump.
via GIPHY
Just be safe while doing all of that, focus on the movement while making it nice and slow, and you should be sorted for your date. You're welcome!

Ryan ReynoldsΒ is one Hollywood star who, with his personality of being very vocal and funny, perfectly embodies the superhero that he plays on-screen for Marvel - Deadpool! The actor is through and through quite similar to Deadpool, at least in the ways he talks about things, and not the way he uses Katanas to slice bad guys into pieces while making fun of them.

Ryan has starredΒ in the first two Deadpool films and made the superhero very likable for the audience just by putting in bits of his own personality into him.
Now, ready to star in the third installment of the franchise, Deadpool 3, Ryan has sort of a message to Bollywood, and it involves Deadpool.
While doing press conferences for his latest movie Red Notice with Hindustan Times, the actor said that Deadpool is one superhero that would easily fit into the culture of Bollywood.
Ryan, who also starred in the recent film Free Guy, was asked whether Free Guy would be a better film for Bollywood adaptation, however, he, like the crazy superhero playing actor he is, brought Deadpool right into the mix.
βFree Guy would be a very good one to adapt for Bollywood. (But) I'd say Deadpool though would be a little bit more fun. I think it'd be easier for Deadpool to embrace the Bollywood culture. Guy in Free Guy is a non-playable character, he exists only in the digital world. But Deadpool's real flesh and blood so that I think it'd be Deadpool,β he said.

For people who don't know, Deadpool was actually dubbed in Hindi by none other than Bollywood superstar Ranveer Singh, at least for the first film.

Ryan also mentioned how Hollywood could actually follow in Bollywood's footsteps of putting more joy into films.
βI do think that there's something that Bollywood films have that, you know, Hollywood could certainly use more of. And I think that Bollywood is really adept at infusing joy. I mean, real joy into the work. And that's something that, you know, I meant it when, I mentioned it when Free Guy came out that, you know, there are elements that Free Guy was borrowing from Bollywood,β he said.
βAnd really, that was joy. And, you know, the last several years, certainly over here in North America, have been really challenging for so many people, for so many different reasons. And I wanted to make Free Guy. I produced it. I wrote it. I started and I nurtured it. I love it. I wanted to make it an antidote to those feelings. I wanted it to feel like joy. And so much of what Bollywood puts up on the screen is infused with that in a very organic and very natural way. And that's a tip I took from your incredible industry over there,β said Ryan.
Well, seems like Ryan is a big fan of Bollywood, and we can't wait for him to see Deadpool enjoying a movie like Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge in Deadpool 3.Β
