Les Misérables and The Hunchback of Notre-Dame (French: Notre-Dame de Paris) will tell you how no one can touch Victor Hugo when it comes to the 'Romantic Movement'. Apart from being one of the greatest and best-known French writers of all time, Victor Hugo remains an iconic figure in world literature, thanks to his unique take on the social and political issues pertaining to the times.

However, one area of his life that deserves to be under the spotlight, in hindsight, is his *** life that apparently was borderline insane. Victor Hugo's *** life is touted as one that was 'too crazy to be real' because of his voracious carnal appetite.

    via GIPHY
Here are 7 facts about Victor Hugo's *** life that are bound to make any man feel, umm, 'not adequate'.

    via GIPHY
    1. He had *** with more than 200 women in a period of less than two years.

    via GIPHY
    2. He claimed that he had *** nine times on his wedding night, with his wife Adele.
Victor Hugo (1802-85) had an enormous sexual appetite. He claimed that on their wedding night he and his wife Adèle Foucher had *** nine times. After five pregnancies in eight years, his wife called a halt to any more ***. So Hugo turned to the brothels of Paris.

    3. He had seduced his son's lover by writing erotic letters to her, and took her to bed.

    4. There are 83 instances of love-making recorded in his diary, during a period of 4 months, just before he died at the age of 83.
In the four months before he died at the age of 83, his diaries record 83 separate bouts of love making.

    5. Records state that Hugo's *** drive was so high that he would have *** multiple times in a day with multiple partners - he could have *** with a young prostitute in the early morning, with some actress before lunch and a famous courtesan in the evening.

    6. When he died, all the brothels in Paris were shut, as every single prostitute in the city was mourning the loss of a loyal client.
His diaries reveal he would have several partners a day. When Hugo died the brothels of Paris closed down for a day of mourning, allowing all the city’s *** workers to pay their last respects to a loyal client.

    7. As per more detailed reports, apparently all the *** workers had draped their genitals with black crepe post his demise as a mark of respect.
Literary critic Edmond de Goncourt claimed a police officer told him that *** workers even draped their genitals in black crepe as a mark of respect.

    — Lea (@LeaAStone) October 17, 2020If he's ejaculating that much, I'm mainly surprised that his body was able to make enough sperm to knock his wife up that much. His poor testicles were working pretty much beyond ivertime
    — Andrea Petersen (@Neondancer) September 10, 2019I guess he just liked having ***. That's not addiction, that's personal preference, like some people play golf whenever they can.
He could afford prostitutes, so he did.
    — T. Optional (@TomBoyOptional) October 17, 2020Always heartening to read of successful people who lived a life of utter fulfillment, rather than suffering some sad demise... makes you wonder what else he no doubt penned, that went unpublished, inspired by his carnal exploits.
    — Midsummerman (@Midsummerman1) September 6, 2019Like someone said, it looks like he wasn't 'miserable'. Oof.

People leave no chance to bash celebrities online with their hurtful tweets or memes. Be it Salman Khan or Abhishek Bachchan, actors have often fallen on the bad side for the wrong reasons. For that matter, even Ayushmann Khurrana has faced the brunt of trolls.
After Salman Khan, Ayushmann will be seen on Arbaaz Khan's chat show. The teaser shows him reacting to trolls as Arbaaz reads out harsh comments. The episode of Pinch 2 is all set to release on 28th July.
    © Instagram/Ayushmann Khurrana
The promo shows Ayushmann taking the trolls head-on with his wit and sarcastic responses. For instance, on one post, a user commented how Ayushmann isn't a 'hero material'. While a comment like this one could easily hurt someone, Ayushmann rather took it in his stride and said, "Jo script hai, woh hero hai (The script is the real hero). According to me, I'm very handsome."

    © Instagram/Ayushmann Khurrana
Another comment, as read by Arbaaz, was, "he fakes it" to which Ayushmann gave a 'subtle' response and said, "Sorry, men can't fake it." In fact, he also spoke about his first movie and a spate of flop films in the teaser. The actor said that he felt hopeless during those times.

    View this post on Instagram
He said, "After my first film, I had three back-to-back flops, people had written me off, that I was hopeless. Actor banna apne haath mein hai, star banna destiny."
Ayushmann also read comments about his work and also his autobiography. He added that while it's okay to criticise his movies, songs and other work, dissing families is not acceptable. One troll called him a 'Chihuahua being carried in a pink ladies bag'. Finally, the actor quipped and said, "As long as the lady is hot, he doesn't mind."
Earlier, it was Salman who was trolled for his acting skills and being unmarried. He gave a befitting response to a troll that called him 'dikhawe-wale'. He also had advice for everybody and said that he is okay with people spending their time on social media unless they spew negativity.
    Watch the full episode here.

Several other celebrities lined up for the chat show, and we can't wait to witness their takes on social media trolls.

I reviewed Microsoft Flight Simulator on PC last year and found it to be a great game to get lost in. As the world was stuck indoors during the pandemic, Microsoft Flight Simulator was a way to travel the world without leaving your room. A year later, the case remains the same in India but what’s different this time is that Flight Simulator can now be played on Xbox consoles. The game is exclusive to the Xbox Series X/S marking it the console’s first exclusive game for players to experience. While Microsoft Flight Simulator isn’t exactly a game, it sure does tick all the boxes of a simulator.
    © Xbox Game Studios
If you are worried about how well the game runs on Microsoft’s new consoles, you will be happy to know that it delivers almost the same experience. Of course, on PC you can expect higher frames and better visuals, but the Xbox port is also a technical marvel in its own right. For Xbox owners, there are two versions you can download when you purchase the game or via Xbox Game Pass.

    © Xbox Game Studios
The first version requires a constant internet connection as it uses data from Microsoft’s Azure and Bing Maps servers to render worlds in real-time. However, if you have fair use data caps or do not have access to the internet, you can also download the offline-only build that’s about 60GB in size. This includes maps that can be used offline, however if you do not have enough storage space but have a stable internet connection with enough data, playing the online version is preferable.
    © Xbox Game Studios
The Xbox Series X version is more or less the same as its PC port, even when it comes to its user interface and menus. The game provides a virtual mouse that you can use to navigate the menus, however I found that to be counter-intuitive and a hassle to use if you are using a controller. It works great if you have a keyboard and mouse connected to the console but for players who will strictly use a controller, you will find it difficult to navigate menus.

In terms of performance, the Xbox Series X port looks as stunning as it possibly could look keeping the hardware in mind. It’s not far behind the PC port which I reviewed using an RTX 2080Ti GPU. For the Xbox version though, you will find that the game is capped at 30FPS. Some people may find that disappointing, however I did not mind it. That’s because the plane flew ever so slowly to my destination, it didn’t matter how many frames the console was pulling.
    © Xbox Game Studios
As mentioned earlier, Microsoft Flight Simulator is not exactly a game which is why I chose to experience the game when I wanted to relax. After a tension-filled Sea of Thieves session, I often found myself falling back on Microsoft Flight Simulator to experience the alluring vistas and chill music. That’s exactly how I perceive Xbox gamers would experience this game since Microsoft Flight Simulator does not have objectives or any structure to follow.

Since we’re stuck at home, you can go on a visual tour of some key spots around the world using a new feature called ‘Discovery Flights’. This is where I found myself spending the most amount of time since it was an extremely fast way to explore interesting locations. I got to explore Rio De Janeiro, Tokyo, the Pyramids of Giza and the crystal-clear lagoons of Bora Bora in under two minutes. If you are a newcomer to the franchise, this is the quickest way to go check out some of the most iconic locations in the world. You’re instantly transported to the location without ever worrying about handling a plane nor having to worry about running out of fuel.
    © Xbox Game Studios
Once you get the hang of the controls, you can always go anywhere in the world just like you could in the PC port of the game. You can schedule flights between any two locations or just go explore mountains, deserts, oceans and major cities. The developers at Asobo have done an incredible job at porting over Flight Simulator for the Xbox Series X which makes the game more accessible to players who don’t necessarily have a gaming rig.

    © Xbox Game Studios
Flying the plane with an Xbox controller felt natural and didn’t hinder my experience in any way. The game also takes full advantage of the Series X’s SSD as you load into worlds in a matter of seconds. The fast loading times makes it easier for players to jump between different locations without having to worry about load times. If you want to know more details about Microsoft Flight Simulator, I recommend reading my review from last year as the Xbox port is largely the same.

The Final Say If you are looking to relax or jump into a game that lets you explore the world, Microsoft Flight Simulator on Microsoft’s current-gen consoles is a great way to get started. You no longer need to invest in an expensive PC gaming rig to experience the simulator and you can even attach other peripherals to the console if you want the full experience. With beautiful visuals, consistent performance and plenty of places to check out, Microsoft Flight Simulator will easily exceed your expectations once you try it for yourself.

One would think that the entire idea of getting into a relationship would be to feel loved, to feel cared for, to be understood and to offer exactly that to your partner in return, in order to form an intimacy that you two could comfortably settle in. But what happens when all those efforts, all that love, care and gestures are only coming from one side?
    © Colour-Yellow-Productions
You see, the very nature of a relationship is for two people to come together and nurture something as one. Which is why, when efforts and love aren’t reciprocated, it’s time to step back and get out before things get down and dirty.

Remember when Shah Rukh Khan made a cameo in the movie Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, and spoke about ‘ek tarfa mohabbat’? Called it one of the most beautiful feelings in the world? Called its power otherworldly? Yeah well, all that was just a bucket load of crap, because last we checked, one-sided love and relationships were all about getting emotionally hurt, traumatised and feeling lonely despite being with someone.
Which is why, when you notice these signs developing in your partner, it may be time to pull the plug on the one-sided relationship and save yourself from getting hurt -
    1) You feel they’re not putting as much effort as you
    © Dharma-Productions
One of the warning signs that a relationship is turning into a one-sided affair is when you feel like you’re the only one who is making any sort of effort while your partner is simply on the receiving end, without so much as an ounce of attempt to make things work. While you feel you’re doing your best, they don’t don’t seem to bother much.

    2) You apologize even when you don’t need to
    © Eros-International
Another cause of concern in a relationship is when you feel you have started to apologize a tad bit too much for even the slightest of things going south. Which includes you saying sorry even when you’re not at fault, but they most definitely are.

    3) You make excuses for their behaviour
    © Dharma-Productions
Don’t get me wrong, it is always good to have your partner’s back and at times, speaking on their behalf to defend them is nothing but endearing. But when you find yourself making excuses for every time that they mess up, you’re clearly giving them more than just a benefit of doubt. You’re giving them a free pass and chances are, if they’re okay with it, they’re not in it as much as you think they are.

    4) You are the only one communicating
    © Dharma-Productions
If, today, you stop putting in any effort to contact them throughout the day, stop texting, stop calling, you’ll realise that there won’t be any communication whatsoever. Because up until now, the only one keeping this going was you, while they were simply replying, never initiating.

    5) You don’t feel secure in the relationship
    © Dharma-Productions
Since there is such a big communication gap and because your partner is making you feel distant quite often, doubts and insecurities are bound to creep in the relationship. Which end up making you second-guess the entire relationship from time to time.

    6) Your partner’s priorities always supercede your plans
    © Panorama-Studios
Everything, every plan in both your lives takes place according to their convenience and their availability. No matter what you like or what you’re in the mood of doing, things ultimately happen according to them while you’re often left neglected.

It marks 22 years since the Kargil war broke out between Indian and Pakistan in 1999 which lasted 60 days and culminated with India successfully taking control of the region, Kargil district of Kashmir. To this day, India’s win over Pakistan in Kargil is one of the most significant victories which is accredited to the strategy of Indian Army and the brave soldiers who fought for our country.
    © Twitter
No amount of films can honour the martyrs who sacrificed their lives fighting in the war. However, we can remember them and their sacrifice through the movies that rightly captured their zeal, patriotism and the heroic efforts of Indian soldiers in the war.

    © Excel Entertainment
Here are 5 movies based on the Indo-Pakistan War of 1999 that everyone should watch on Kargil Vijay Diwas to celebrate the historic victory and sacrifice of Indian Army in the war.

    Lakshya (2004)

Farhan Akhtar delivers a masterpiece set in the backdrop of Kargil war which taps into a soldier’s life and how his outlook changes once he dons the uniform of Indian Army. Lakshya is a story of a fictional Karan Shergill who has no aim (lakshya) in life but decides to join armed forces. He is called to LoC as the war breaks out which becomes his ultimate goal.

Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl (2020)
    © Netflix
Indian Air Force, the air arm of the Indian armed forces, also had a significant role in the war. What makes this movie special is Gunjan Saxena was one of the first Indian female air-force pilots sent to fight the war. She later came to be known as ‘the Kargil girl’, hence the title of the movie. It shows she was trained for the battle and the vigor with which she fought.

    LOC Kargil (2003)
    © J P Films
The multi-starrer, super lengthy film is based on the real-life events and happenings that unfolded in the Kargil war. It shows the undying devotion of Indian soldiers to the nation, while also highlighting their personal lives and familial duties that we often forget they also leave behind when they go to the war. It’s a must-watch!

    Dhoop (2003)
© Dream Boat Entertainment Pvt Ltd
If you ever wondered what happens when the news of a soldier martyred in the war reaches his family, you must see Dhoop to feel the pain and empathise with the families of the martyrs. It is based on the life and family of one of the soldiers of the Indian Army, Capt Anuj Nayyar (played by Saif Ali Khan in LOC Kargil), who led the combat and sacrificed his life in the war.

    Tango Charlie (2005)
    © Neha Arts
The unsung heroes of the war, the BSF and CRPF jawans and how they control riots across North India amid the Kargil war is depicted in Tango Charlie which stars Bobby Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Suniel Shetty and Ajay Devgn in lead roles. Doel plays a young BSF soldier who evolves into a fighter.

After the shocking arrest of Raj Kundra, we get to hear something new every day. Now, it has been revealed that the whole pornography film gang had everything planned and managed.
After Raj Kundra’s arrest, the police found that the two accused Arvind Kumar Srivastav and Yash Thakur were actually the same person. This was only found out after the police had issued a missing notice against both the names.
    View this post on Instagram
A man identified himself over call to the police as Arvindkumar Srivastava, alias Yash Thakur, and he also said that he is only a middleman for Nuefliks.com that uploads X-rated content online. He is the same guy who also said that Raj Kundra paid a bribe of Rs 25 lakhs to the cops to delay his arrest and gain some time.
According to a charge sheet that was filed in April, Nuefliks.com is owned by Thakur and his job is to get porn videos from production houses and upload them on his website. It was also found that there was a financial transaction between Thakur and the actress Gehna Vasisth, Tanvir Hashmi, alias Tan, Rowa Khan, and Kundra’s former PA Umesh Kamat.
He also said that now he is only being framed as he is refusing to pay up.
    View this post on Instagram
A report also said that Srivastava used the identity of a deceased man, Yash Thakur, who lived in Indore and died in August 2020 due to a brain tumor.
Now the crime branch has also figured that he was just using the dead man’s identity to get off the hook and mislead the law enforcement agencies.
In an interview with Mid-day, Srivastava said, "like Akshay Kumar uses two identities and various people in the film industry do.”
    View this post on Instagram
A lot of people have come out in support of Raj Kundra and Srivastava too saying that the movies weren’t porn but erotica. Also, it was said that Srivastava ran portals on behalf of a Bhopal-based intelligence agency officer.
So far, 11 people have been arrested, including Kundra, in the case.

On Monday, Sri Lankan cricketer Chamika Karunaratne shared a couple of videos from his Instagram account in which he could be seen receiving a bat from Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya and getting along with the rest of the Men in Blue, presumably during the practice session ahead of the First T20I.
In the caption of the videos, the Sri Lankan all-rounder showed his appreciation towards Pandya and even went on to call him his “role model”.
    View this post on Instagram
“Absolutely honoured to have received a bat from my role model @hardikpandya93 , on my T20 debut. You are an amazing human being and I am truly touched by your thoughtful gesture. I’ll never forget this day. May God bless you always!” Karunaratne summarised the opportunity to have a heart-to-heart moment with Pandya.
While the two opponents shared a moment of sportsmanship and camaraderie of the purest kind, it was Pandya’s own fans who were rather shocked about the fact that another international level player considered him to be a role model.
Who tf keeps his role model as Hardik Pandya?? Even Hardik Pandya's kid won't keep his father as role model 🤣🤣🤣 Joke hai bc...I know he is a good player
    — Jagdish #Cheer4India 🇮🇳️ (@Jagdish84060365) July 26, 2021
Hardik bhi kisi ka role model ho skta hai kya
    — 𝑨𝑳𝑶𝑲 (@CricCrazyAlok) July 26, 2021
Must say,it's a poor choice Hardik has never lived upto the expectations. How many games has he won for India?Be it the ODI's / T20's?Yes there have been some good performances here and there, but he is way too inconsistent.Stokes shud be the role model for any budding cricketer.
    — AMISH RAY R S (@AMISHRAYRS1) July 26, 2021
    Gud gesture but Role model??
    Really

    — (@VK_FAN_FOREVER) July 26, 2021
Obviously, such a negative response comes as a result of Pandya’s struggles on the field and on both sides of the pitch. Formerly known for his ability to smack the ball out of the park from the very first delivery, Pandya has seen a significant dip in his form recently. His 10-run innings against the Sri Lankans in the first T20I only added to that list of miseries, as he was unable to hit even a single boundary during his time at the crease.
Secondly, his constantly nagging lower back injuries have taken away his ability to be a regular bowler for the Indian squad and the inconsistent spurts of 2-3 overs that he receives, isn’t enough to bring him back to his usual element. As a result, Pandya’s bowling becomes more of a liability than an asset.
    View this post on Instagram
When a player struggles to perform in the two categories that had built his name and reputation as India’s most dependable all-rounder at one point in time, backlash and hate are common to come by.
If cricket history has taught us anything, it is that cricketers need but one game to bounce back to their usual self and with the hard-hitting abilities we know Pandya possesses, all he needs is to connect with a couple of his swings. He will get his chance to make one count on Tuesday when India hopes to take a 2-0 lead and win the T20I series.

After the arrest of Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra in the alleged pornography case, actor Karan Kundrra has found himself in a bizarre situation and only because he shares the same last name as Raj Kundra.

Many people mistook Karan Kundrra for Raj Kundra and his pictures were also used instead of the businessman alongside the ongoing pornography case.
In a recent interview, Karan Kundrra expressed that he woke up one day and saw that many people thought that it was him who was arrested in the case and started tagging and tweeting about him.

The actor also expressed that it took a while for him to figure out what it was and that they wanted to tag Raj Kundra and instead tagged him.
He further elaborated saying that while some thought that it was a mistake, some also thought that the person arrested for making porn is him. He also said that some people even abused him for the same and started tagging him on Twitter and then Karan’s fans corrected the trolls.
Karan also expressed that this wasn’t the first time that this confusion happened. Earlier as well, the actor was mistaken for Shilpa Shetty’s husband. He also revealed that back then, he took it on a lighter note.
