    Celebrities often undergo a lot of major trolling for everything and anything. At times, they need to be schooled for things that they say and do but the audience forgets that they are human too and no one is perfect.

    Varun Dhawan, who will turn 34 on April 24, shared a birthday picture made by a fan. However, he had to delete the picture after a few minutes as people pointed out how it is insensitive of him to share a picture of his birthday amid the ongoing pandemic.
    The actor wrote that it was to make someone happy. The graphic showcased Varun Dhawan in his various screen avatars. It also had a message saying, 'Stay Home, Stay Safe' written on it.
    He shared the picture along with the caption saying, “Be safe guys.” However, he received so much flak that he had to delete the picture.

    Many people on Twitter starting pointing out the strange timing of the post and the picture went viral within minutes. People thought that the timing wasn’t right as social media is flooded with pleas for help in securing oxygen cylinders, medicines, hospital beds, and other necessities.

    One Twitter user wrote, "Oh Varun. I thought you're one of the sensible ones.”

People were upset with them as there is a state-wide lockdown in Maharashtra and fans thought they were just trying to escape.

    The break up of ‘dostana’ between Kartik Aaryan and Dharma Productions, particularly Karan Johar, has been a social media sizzler all week when the actor was reportedly ‘dropped out’ owing to unprofessional behaviour. While Kartik published no official statement in the matter, sources claimed that the reason for this bitterness was ‘creative differences’ from the actor’s side and unprofessionalism as per the production house. He apparently had even completed the shoot for some 20 odd days and the next schedule was supposed to start in mid 2021 due to Covid-19 restrictions.

    Now, the latest buzz is that the people at Dharma Productions want to save the ship from sinking, hence the recasting is in full tow. As per an HT report, Akshay Kumar has been requested to join the cast and ensure that the movie is a success. “(Filmmaker) Karan Johar has personally requested Akshay to come on board Dostana 2 and help him out, as lots of money has already been invested in the shoot of the film. So, in all likelihood, Akshay will join the cast”, the report claims.

    Jumping in on the trending bandwagon of relatable, quirky, and downright hilarious memes is addictive, refreshing and something one just can’t resist! 
    No wonder then that once again, the internet has found itself a new meme – the Mobile Premier League’s (MPL) ‘Hain Akal’ TVC. 
    Wondering what brought on this savage trend?
    It all started when IPL kicked off a new season of the game at the start of this month. As a part of their promotional campaign, MPL launched their now famous ‘Hai Akal’ series of TVCs that captured the market with its Akal muhavras and quick wit.  The brain (or Akal as we fondly refer to it) was the protagonist in these TVCs & had a physical form. 


    Along with the cheeky TVCs, MPL extended the campaign on social media by reminding your favourite influencers and celebrities about their no-brainer tweets from years ago.
