We have identified an issue where banned IP addresses can cause an uncaught exception for guests.

Quote

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM `core_members_warn_logs` AS `core_members_warn_logs` WHERE wl_member = IS NULL
IPS\Db\Exception: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'IS NULL' at line 1 (1064)

To fix, please upload the following file overwriting the existing one;

/system/Output/Output.php
