Two suspected robbers killed in Karachi's Zamzama

KARACHI: Two suspected robbers were shot by a security guard in Karachi on Thursday evening, who later succumbed to their injuries at a hospital. The suspects looted a computer shop located in Zamzama, Clifton. They were getting away with cash, laptops and other valuables when the security guard opened fire on them. Govt revises fuel prices for September, petrol increased by Rs2 per litre

ISLAMABAD: The government on Thursday revised prices of petroleum products, icnreasing the price of petrol by Rs2 per litre. Prices for high-speed diesel, kerosene oil and light-speed diesel remain unchanged.  The new prices will come in to effect from September 1. Petrol will now be sold at Rs71.5 per litre. High-speed diesel will be sold at its previous price of Rs77.4 and kerosene oil and light-speed diesel will be sold at Rs44 per litre.
