KARACHI: Light rain continued in the city for the second day as the second monsoon system entered the provincial capital yesterday.

Various areas of the city experienced intermittent drizzling, including Malir, Model Colony, Johar and Shah Faisal.

Those on the road faced issues as main intersections of the city, including various areas in Shahra-e-Faisal, were packed with traffic.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, a monsoon system has entered into the city.

It had earlier predicted another spell of monsoon rain in Karachi, Hyderabad and some areas of Balochistan over the weekend.
