In modern-day cricket where the likes of Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni rule the hearts of Indian fans, the young guns aren't really far behind. Desperate to prove their mettle and establish themselves as regular members of the Indian team, the youngsters are matching their seniors in every department, whether on or off the field.
And Hardik Pandya is inarguably one of the highly-sought after newbies in international cricket. The 23-year-old swears by living life king size and that exuberance finds expression in his powerful hitting in the middle order and brisk seam bowling.

While Kohli continues to be the trendsetter for youngsters in the country, Pandya's off duty looks can give any runway model a run for their money. From pulling off the funkiest looks to being the most dapper, Pandya has made a huge fan base - the kind his seniors would be jealous of.
Not afraid to try new looks, Pandya has now swapped his undercut - the hottest haircut of the season for a while now - for asymmetric faded hairdo with a dash of smokey grey colour. The right-hander, who is expected to get a Test debut against Sri Lanka, shared his new look with his fans.

Praising celebrity stylist Aalim Hakim, Pandya wrote: "I have to say you are a true magician @aalimhakim. I so loved it" on Instagram.July 17, 2017
Apart from Pandya, his teammates Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma also sought the services of Hakim before they depart to the Lankan territories for their upcoming tour.July 15, 2017
Rahane, who'll be key to India's middle-order in the Test series against Sri Lanka, took to Twitter and wrote: "Never a bad hair day when this man @aalimhakim is around".July 12, 2017
On the other hand, Hakim himself tweeted the photo of Rohit Sharma with his new haircut. Well, it isn't hard to guess who Team India's favourite hair stylist is right now.
Hakim is currently the highly-sought after hair stylist in Bollywood. Whether it's Shahid Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor, Ajay Devgn or Sanjay Dutt, Hakim styles them all.
Now that Hakim has done a great job in making the cricketers look good off the field, let's hope that the Indian stars do their bit when they take on Sri Lanka in three Tests, five ODIs and a one-off T20I.
