Bollywood powerhouse performer and working mom Kareena Kapoor Khan is a persistent charmer whether it's work or personal life. She knows the art of keeping a healthy balance between work and motherhood.

Recently, the diva was asked about her son and how he would perceive women as he grew up. The actress replied that her son will grow up with a working mom. She said that her son will be seeing working women around him such as his aunt, Karishma, Kareena?s own mother and mother-in-law.

The Bollywood actress was of the opinion that working alongside motherhood makes her feel like an ?enriched mother?. Kareena feels that acting is her passion and after a day at work she looks forward to seeing her son.

Women are the best multitaskers, she believes.

Earllier, when asked about how she?s finding juggling between work and home, she had shared similar views. She stated how most women in her family and in-laws have worked after getting married and having kids, and she believes she?s always been able to balance work and personal life and there?s not a big difference now.

Kareena gave birth to her first child with actor Saif Ali Khan in December 2016.
