LAHORE: A man allegedly stabbed to death his brother late Thursday night here in Manawan area, police sources said.

The suspect ? who has been identified as Ahmed Yar ? killed Safdar, his elder brother, by attacking him with a knife, law enforcement agencies stated, adding that the cause of assault is reportedly a domestic dispute.

Police also mentioned that the suspect successfully managed to escape arrest, but that a search has been commenced to find him.

A report has been filed at the local police station, security officers added.
