Okay then, looks like it’s finally time to end the SRK-Salman war.

Forbes just released its fifth India Celebrity 100 list and Salman Khan has beaten everyone else to climb up to the number 1 spot. The list takes into account the actors’ revenue earned from entertainment and their popularity amongst the fans. 1 October 2015 to 30 September 2016 was the time period in consideration.

Earning a whopping Rs. 270.33 crore, Salman Khan beat SRK (who stands at Rs. 221.75 crores) to the number 1 spot. SRK ranked second. Virat Kohli (Rs. 203.03 crores) secured the 3rd position and here’s the rest of the top 10 celebrities on the list!

Akshay Kumar, Dhoni, Deepika Padukone, Sachin Tendulkar, Priyanka Chopra, Amitabh Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan followed up as 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th respectively!
