ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf representative Fawad Chaudhry said on Wednesday that Supreme Court?s decision on the disqualification case of Imran Khan and Jahangir Tareen will come in a week time.

Speaking to journalists outside Supreme Court, Chaudhry said that ?the decision on the cases will come within a week time and both the cases will go in a trash bin.?

Chaudhry said that a technical point is under consideration in the court, should a land leased by a landowner be declared in the election nomination papers or not.

He said that the court has minutely taken into consideration all aspects of the cases filed against the PTI leaders.

Safdar?s speech, attack on white part of flag

The PTI spokesperson said that the recent address of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz lawmaker Captain(retd) Safdar was an attack on the white part (representing minorities) of the Pakistani flag.

?He issued unnecessary comments which were deliberately issued to push Pakistan towards chaos,? he said. ? The PML-N govt in a systematic manner taking Pakistan to chaos.?

Case raised serious questions

Earlier, PML-N leader Daniyal Aziz, in his press conference said that the cases against PTI leaders have raised serious questions.

He said that it is very surprising to note that a proclaimed offender (Imran Khan) is taken to tours on provincial helicopters and do jalsas in the federal capital, but no one raises the question of rule of law to him.

Aziz said that it is surprising that Tareen?s benaami (in someone else?s name) are not being taken into consideration in the court.
