KARACHI: In the series of knife attacks, a new incident emerged on Tuesday when a girl was allegedly attacked with a sharp object in Karachi?s Azizabad.

According to police, a girl was traveling with her brother on a motorcycle when she was attacked with a sharp object on her back.

SSP Central said that after the medical report it will be ascertained what was the object used to attack the victim, adding that she was shifted to a hospital.

The girl received a wound below her shoulder, the SSP Central added.

Police had claimed on Sunday that the infamous Karachi knife attacker was nabbed from Mandi Bahauddin, Punjab, in a joint police operation.
