It's safe to assume and believe that Rajkummar Rao spells perfection in his own unique way. The man has a record of giving power packed performances in all his movies and owns every role like they were written for him.

If I even begin to analyse the array of roles he has played, and how well he managed to essay them, I can basically go on for an entire day. You think you liked him in 'Queen' or 'Bareily Ki Barfi', then you wonder how did he slip into the character of  Bose. The man has proved his mettle time and again. He's won the award in the 'best actor'category for 'Newton' at the recently concluded Asia Pacific Screen Awards.

Won the best actor award at the most prestigious #APSA2017 (Asia Pacific Screen Awards). Thank you Maa. Thank u team #Newton. Don't stop chasing your dreams because they really do come true.

The actor dedicated the win to his mother, who passed away while he was shooting for this movie in Chhatisgarh. He believes her blessings ensured the success that his movie has been savouring.

the movie has also won the award for best screenplay. Rajkummar is currently enjoying the success of his web series where he has played the titular role of  Bose. We totally recommend it if you still haven't watched it.
