SRINAGAR: A soldier of the Indian Border Security Force (BSF) shot his colleague dead in Bandipora district of Indian occupied Kashmir late last night (Monday).

The soldier identified as Chanderban, a resident of Haryana, was shot dead by his colleague in a camp at Mader in Bandipora after an altercation, the Kashmir Media Service reported. 

During preliminary investigation by the BSF as well as the police, a BSF constable identified as Ravinder Singh, a resident of Kupwara, was found to be involved in the killing.

Incidents of Indian aggression against residents of IoK are rampant. 

About 3,844 unmarked graves have been discovered in Indian-occupied Kashmir, according to human rights group Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP). 

As many as 2,717 of the unmarked graves were found in Poonch area while 1,127 are located in Rajouri. 

Many Kashmiri human rights activists including Paveena Ahangar and Parvez Imroz have demanded that crimes against humanity in Kashmir be stopped and rights of the Kashmiris be given their rights.
