Happy birthday, Mahira!

A video of Pakistan?s sweetheart Mahira Khan cutting her birthday cake with her son Azlaan has gone viral and we can't help but gush over it. 

In the video, the starlet, who celebrates her 33rd birthday today, can be seen cutting the cake at midnight and calling her son to join her. 

What's even cuter is Azlaan looking even more excited than his mum to blow out the candles. 

The video was shared by Mahira's best friend and ace designer Feeha Jamshed on social media. 

There was also a picture of the mother, son duo cutting the cake together. 

Aside from Feeha Jamshed, Bollywood star Farhan Akhtar also wished the Bol actress on her birthday. 

After completing her O levels from Karachi, Mahira moved to the United States for higher education. The superstar started her career as a VJ. 

She struck gold after signing Shoaib Mansoor's Bol, which became a blockbuster, and became a household name after starring opposite Fawad Khan in Sarmad Khoosat's much-famed show Humsafar. At the time, Humsafar became one of the most popular television shows in Pakistan.

The actress then went on to star in other critically acclaimed dramas such as Shehr-e-Zaat and Sadqay Tumhare. Alongside, she appeared in blockbusters such as Bin Roye and Ho Mann Jahan.

Even the Indian film industry couldn't resist her charm and she was cast alongside Shah Rukh Khan in Raees. The movie instantly become one of the most awaited movies of the year.
