For The First Time In A Decade Tiger Woods Ditches His Private Jet For A Commercial Flight

Tiger Woods is filthy rich. He is one of those sports guys who can easily spend the rest of his life burning cash like Mike Tyson and still end up with enough bank balance to sustain his next ten generations. Therefore, it wasn’t surprising to see the internet wake up in disbelief when news emerged that he took a commercial flight to the UAE for this week’s Dubai Desert Classic.

This is the first time in a decade that the golf legend flew commercial and that too from LA To UAE non-stop. The 14-time major champion almost missed his flight too because of protesters at the airport opposing Trump’s Muslim ban.

For those of you wondering why Woods prefers his jet, even on longer journeys where the jet requires multiple stops to refuel, a look at his private luxury would suffice.

'The G550 cabin is known for its luxury design, great light and views – Gulfstream jets have iconic, wide oval windows - and all versions come with a built-in restroom and wardrobes,' Twidell of PrivateFly, the global private jet booking service, reveals.

So, all of you guys wanting to travel in a private jet start saving now and wake me up in approximately 10,000 years.
