Vladimir Putin, also known as one of the most powerful men in the world, has been governing and calling the shots in Russia since 1999, and after another victory today, seems like another 6 years of fate has been designated to him.

With over 76.6% of the vote in his stride, the Russian is all ready to take on his office yet again. Putin is all that Twitter seems to be talking about today.
