Drooling Over Cristianos Abs? Heres How You Can Replicate The Godly-Exteriors Of Ronaldo

When it comes to fitness, it was once established that looking incredibly muscular, defined and ripped is the peak of how every man should look. The only problem with that notion, is it takes hours of rigorous training, restricted diet and, of course, good genes.

Which means that most men who like beer are inevitably doomed. Period!

But for those who believe in achieving the impossible, football superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has got your back. During the launch of his fitness chain 'CR7 Crunch Fitness', the Real Madrid talisman has revealed the secret behind his rippling six pack.

Asked if he does 3,000 sit-ups a day, Ronaldo replied: "I do them 4-5 times a week, but the minimum is 200-300".Β

"It’s about the maintenance. But you should try and avoid doing too many - when you do that you get a hernia or problems with your discs. They are the basic exercises, really good for the front and the back, but 3000? No, I don't even do 3,000 a week," he disclosed.

Had a lot of fun today at the grand opening of the CR7 Crunch Fitness at Ciudad Lineal??

All the same, we wouldn't fancy most people's chances of 300 sit-ups a day.

The Portuguese may be in his 30s, but he still has the strength that most footballers can only dream of. His ripped physique and insane fitness routines has not inspired the common men, but also other sportspersons namely Virat Kohli.

While all of us idolise the godly-exteriors of Ronaldo, not to mention his unbelievable pack of abs, the idea of attaining something similar for ourselves has long been a distant dream. But, not anymore.

Here's another video to help you attain total body strength like CR7:
