Throw Away Your Telescope Because NASA's 4K Video Of The Moon Is As Close As You'll Get To It

It's about time we thank NASA for all the visual glory we get to see, through their beautiful captures of different celestial bodies in space. We would have been in absolute dark (quite literally), if NASA didn't explore the unexplored and introduce us to the most obscure yet malleable parts of our universe.

NASA has gone ahead and done it again though! NASA has stunningly released a detailed 4k virtual tour of a selection of the most fascinating and detailed pictures of the moon and we can't stop staring at them! The phenomena is called the 'Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) Imagery' and it's making us completely loose our senses with the most unusual, colourfully enthralling images in a 4K video!

The video is of course doing rounds on the internet and how, and it's making us all wish moon-travel becomes easier in the future! The video took 9 years worth of data to construct, which was harvested by NASA's LRO, which basically has been studying Earth's moon since 2009. The LRO revealed that the moon is an absolutely complex and dynamic body along with helping the scientist gain a clearer picture on how our Solar System evolved into this diverse cosmic environment which surrounds us today.

The video was shared by NASA on Monday and many people have shared and liked it all over the world! Guess telescopes are absolutely obscure now, aren't they!

The footage used in this video is digitally enhanced by NASA , to highlight the moons geological features and the deep craters that are prevalent.
