Women are known to shy away from topics, like anal ***, casual ***, *** toys and so on, even today. That’s a bit of a floozy for men because, as carnal creatures, they obviously want to try everything and shove it in every hole possible. And in all honesty, yes, there are women out there who like experimenting sexually. Hollywood actress, Gwyneth Paltrow is a soul sister for all of these men and women right now.

Wondering why?
Because, in her latest newsletter—The *** Issue—on Goop, her website, Paltrow gave out a manifesto on how to have safe anal ***, practice great casual ***, as well as the use of *** toys and it’s everything! In the article, Paltrow ropes in research psychoanalyst Paul Joannides, Psy.D, to reveal telling details about the *** lives of individuals having anal ***. According to Joannides, “30 to 40 percent of straight women and men have tried anal.”
“During anal intercourse you're basically putting a plunger up someone's butt. Accidents are likely to happen at one time or another," says the expert. "Pain is an important indicator that damage can occur if you don't make the necessary adjustments, including stopping." And I’m like, Duh!

The article reads on to the Do’s and Don’ts of anal, or casual ***, with Paltrow providing a guide. “If you find yourself enjoying the once taboo *** act, then you're not alone,” she says. “First it was shocking, then it was having a cultural moment, now it's practically standard in the modern bedroom repertoire - or so a quick scan of any media, from porn to HBO, will tell you. If anal turns you on, you are definitely not alone," she explains. "But its prevalence doesn't change the fact that it's the riskiest sexual behaviour in terms of HIV and other STDs.” She goes on to talk about how one should practice casual *** and use *** toys in, or out of, the bedroom. It’s actually quite liberating to find a woman celebrity embracing flaunting her sexuality in this way and I guess, that kind of explains why she’s one of the sexiest and most sought after women in Hollywood. All those high-profile celebrity relationships with the best men in the bizz make total sense now.
We just wish more women will start discussing it openly because even if men and women haven’t had anal *** and may only want to try it, the act needs to be discussed for the safeguards.
