Straight Out Of A Heart Surgery, Arnold Schwarzenegger Is Already Working Out Twice A Day

If there was no Arnold, bodybuilding or even fitness in general, wouldn't have been what it is today. If it were not for him pushing around weights, most of us fit dudes would be fat. There's a reason why Arnold Schwarzenegger is the greatest of all time. The man's grit towards the sport is undying. Bodybuilding is embedded just as much in his personality as success is etched in his temperament.

If you didn't know, Arnold underwent a very sensitive open heart surgery just a few weeks ago. Wishes from around the world poured in for the King and just as wished for, 70 years old Conan fared well. The surgery was aimed at removing an aging pulmonic valve which usually has a life expectancy of about 12-15 years. Suffering from a congenital heart defect, Arnold got his first replacement of the valve in 1997.

What makes his recovery even more enticing is the fact that he's back in the gym yet again. And not just once a day but TWICE!

The King posted this on the 31st of May assuring his fans that he's recovering just fine. Of course, you have got to CUUUURRLL!

The comeback continues. Training every day, doing my reps, reps, reps. Your support has really pumped me up, so I remain grateful to each and every one of you.

Posted on 2nd June, Arnold can be seen doing some crunches like nothing ever happened to him.

Second workout of the day! The surgery comeback is all about reps, reps, reps.

In both the videos you can see Arnie saying there's no magic pill, and he's actually walking his talk. If this doesn't inspire you, it's hard to say what will.
