Sneakers have been a rage all-season long (with suits, chinos and of course, shorts). We've seen them in all-black, white, sock-like variants and even as part of 'dadcore'. Our celebrities too, more than dress shoes, now wear sneakers with almost everything, making us buy ourselves more and more pairs. 

Take, for example, Shahid Kapoor, who has a closet full of really dope sneakers, and wears them for dates, casual out-and-about and even on the red carpet.

Point being, for a date with yours truly — Shahid decided to slip into yet another terrific pair, that has found a place in our Hall Of Fame. See for yourself!

Snapped with Mira on a lunch date in Mumbai, Shahid decided to match his sneakers with yours truly. While Mira opted for a classic lace-up, Shahid turned towards an easy pair or more formally known as, slip-ons. While on one hand, we thought white sneakers had reached their saturation point, Shahid proves us wrong by stepping out in yet another stellar pair:

Without a doubt, Shahid didn't want any distractions in the way of his crisp white slip-ons, so he decided to keep his outfit basic. As seen here, he's wearing a grey V-neck T-shirt (with his sleeves pulled-up) and a pair of dark grey shorts — in typical daddy-cool style. He's also thrown in a white baseball cap (worn backward) and a pair of oversized silver-tinted sunglasses. But overall, his sneakers are the stars of his outfit here!

Broken down, Shahid's wearing Y-3 Tangutsu Adidas sneakers. The name might be a bit of a tongue twister, but they look dope after all. Costing $232 (approx. Rs.16,000), these kicks are completely made of canvas, with a Y-3 logo on the tongue. They're easy, lace-less (hence, easy to slip into), so we'd suggest you add these to your shopping bag immediately.
