The Pixel 3 line-up has been all over the news in the last few weeks, usually, the only things we know about these soon-to-launch phones are the official company teasers and the unreliable reports or rumours.
However, that just hasn't been the case with Google's new phone, as high-definition pictures have leaked multiple times including specifications and above all, the phone was up for sale in the Russian black market.
Google's attempts at keeping its new phone under wraps has miserably failed, and things just aren't unravelling in the tech giants favour. Up till now, all the leaks we've seen have been about the Pixel 3 XL and today, we are finally getting a confirmed look at its smaller sibling, the Pixel 3.

According to an anonymous Lyft driver, he was dropping off some passengers when he spotted the Google Pixel 3 XL in the backseat of the car. The driver thought it's the Pixel 2 XL at first, but on taking a closer look he spotted a notch, meaning it had to be the Pixel 3. He clicked a handful of images detailing the physical design of the phone and sent them to Android Police.

Unfortunately, the device is locked, hence no specifications or camera samples can be retrieved. From the lock screen, we do get to see the standard Android 9 Pie OS and general data like weather, time, and date. Someone closely associated with the company simply forgot to take the device along when leaving.

The notch is the first thing that anyone would notice on the Pixel 3, not because it is the first Pixel device to sport it, but because it is just too huge than usual. The massive notch is followed by a chin, along with a cutout that is going to be a speaker grill. On the rear, is a single camera lens, the fingerprint scanner, and the Google branding.

In terms of design, the Pixel 3 looks pretty much like the Pixel 2, consisting of a metal and glass back. The notch houses the earpiece and two cameras. From previous reports, we know that Google is putting an 8-megapixel camera along with a secondary sensor for "Super Selfies".
After the driver took a few pictures of the phone, he reportedly got in touch with the handset's owner and returned the device.
