Chetan Bhagat Is A Part Of The DU Literature Curriculum andamp People Are Ripping Their Books On Twitter

Chetan Bhagat is now a part of the DU curriculum for the English (H) course. So, the world is ending, as you can surmise. His books were made into movies and that kind of worked but replacing legendary writers and adding him to a literature curriculum is beyond bizarre. Twiterrati is ripping apart books after the news was made official, and rightly so:

@chetan_bhagat Yeah ! If they take it seriously, imagine DU graduates saying, "Myself, graduation from village area sir"

Some dude had a really nice suggestion for further additions to the course.

@sardesairajdeep @chetan_bhagat I demand chach choudhry,  Billo comics also to be part of DU  syllabi.

Chetan Bhagat's book added to DU syllabus, next Salman's movie scripts will be added to Film school's curriculum. Ye India hai meri jaan.

Well, let’s just hope it’s a nightmare and people have better sense than insulting a wonderful course.
